Alot of people think this is the most boring, rubbish film ever, but i think it's one of the best.

I watched it again last night and when it finished i just said 'damn that was amazing'. I agree it's an aqquired taste and many will find it disappointing that it wasn't an action epic like Last of the Mohicans, but i thought it was one of the most engaging, beautiful films i will ever see.

Anyone agree? No? Ok...

I loved the movie. Wonderful look and feel. Wish they'd hurry and release the director's cut.

I've seen it once and thought it was ok. Visually it's great, and it has good acting, but alot of the scenes just drag on and on and on.

Yeh it was totally marketed like a Hollywood action epic. You know, the one you've seen 20 times. Thank god Malick did something different, unique and beautiful with this.

In most other's hands it would be Last of the Mohicans 2005 etc...

Now I didn't say I had a problem with the film, just that it had been marketed wrong. In fact, I own it and quite enjoy it.

P.S. Last of the Mohicans rocked too. Daniel Day Lewis is the ****!!!!

Oh i didn't mean to imply that you did have something against the film-and i agree it was falsely advertised.

And yes Mohicans is a really good film, but it is usually cheaply imitated
