So in regards to actors in their early 20s, Highmore and Martella have a chance.
In regards to actors 20-lower, Chamalet and Butterfield have a chance.

I'm happy either way at the moment.

Timothee Chamalet was also said to be in the running for Cyclops. Thankfully, he didn't get the role, and I hope he doesn't get Spidey. As for the others, I like Nat Wolff the most.

I like Butterfield the most from the group of actors listed Wolff isn't a bad choice either.

How about that Tom Holland, Harryoscop?

No, that most definitely isn't the case tbh. Sneider does have sources and I'm not sure whether to believe him or not.

Weinteurub say that only five were left.
I know, I was only joking. :p
But since he is clearly making sure that he doesn't state any absolutes, we can know that he isn't sure enough to trust his own sources, and we should only trust them less!
Again though, Weinteurub spoke what he had heard, and did not himself claim it to be 100% fact. So the whole '5 actors' thing is also a bit unknown.
Heh... just thought of something. (It's not true but:) What if Weinteurub purposefully said this, then mentioned Sneider, just to try to catch Sneider straight out lying, but Sneider was smart enough to play it save and mention no absolutes. XD (Obviously he would not have allowed an article on it on his own website.) That would be kinda funny if Sneider fell for it.

Well that's some list, not sure if I've seen them before

Asa Butterfeild was absolutely atrocious in Ender's Game, so not him.
Nat Wolff's acting doesn't convince me.
Liam James doesn't look like a Peter Parker.
So out of the list, I'm rooting for Tom and Timothee.

I thought Liam James a few months ago. He's really good in Way Way Back.

I would have to agree, except my reason for not wanting Babyface is because his humor is too dull and dry. I know a little more about Tim than Tom, but otherwise I can't say which would be better. Neither seem to be perfect choices, but I can say for sure Tim would at least do 'ok'.

Liam just looks like a jock. :/
For that reason I narrowed him out. Honestly, if someone looks like a jock, then they would have to be a perfect fit for PP for me to really even consider them. Look has a lot to do with how people will perceive you, no matter what else is more important. :/

Good ol' Marvel. Leaking a list of actors they considered, but didn't give the role to. Sneaky. Sneaky.

Oh my bad, you're talking about this photo:

Apparently he just got that tattoo..
Interesting... so guess Holland might be in contention after all.

:cwink: Pretty sure it was a temporary tattoo though. He was just filmed a movie with Chris Hemsworth too

so...i'm guessing luck has pretty much run out for anyone still hoping for o'brien?

Still hopeful, but I just don't see it happening now. I'd be good with Holland or Chalamet. I might prefer Timmy over Tommy, not sure.
