That, or a mix between 616 and Ultimate. Like, having the younger approach of Ultimate but the story of 616.

Hair color wouldn't be an issue (aside from the obvious dying approach) since we had a brunette Flash Thompson in Spider-Man, so I'd say why not. :oldrazz:
I can kinda see it... I guess..

I'm still waiting for that announcement like bear waiting for summer.

Perhaps Marvel and Sony are continuing with the journey after realising the truth about Asa and Tom
"This is the best we can get? Nah!" :o

I wish, at the very least they should realize Tom is much better than Asa :oldrazz:

Very true...:waa:

Thing is they could actually take their time in finding the best actor possible seeing as the first MCU Spidey film isn't till 2017. But instead they're more concerned with forcing him in Civil War, which IMO no matter what way you spin it they're shoehorning him into a place where he just doesn't really fit. Had Spidey been established in the MCU already and seen him in action it would make more sense.

Or negotiating with Tom or Asa is taking ages. Both actors are in their teens so they are committing a significant amount of their life to the franchise and that is not something you do lightly in an afternoon. If the deal for the new Spider-Man is less than 10, YES TEN, movies/appearances I will be shocked.

I won't be. I'm expecting a six picture deal, probably with some sort of TV appearance as well.

Apparently both Boseman and Cumberbatch only signed five picture deals, I doubt Spidey will be much different upfront. They can always negotiate further appearances later on.

Not to mention the rumors of Marvel wanting to add tv appearances in the contracts

I still have a feeling that when they do make the announcement, it won't be anyone that was on that "short list".

Maybe six movies with 4 or more TV appearances.

What would a Spider-Man appearance for Daredevil or Iron Fist or Defenders? They'd like post record numbers for a superhero TV show.

Probably just wishful thinking on your part.
The arrogance is too high harryoscop... It's too high. Silent jabs get you nowhere around here.

The shortlist is NOT the be-all and end-all, as many users on here have proven when shortlists were wrong in the past. Cut the "my way or the highway" act.

He can play Robin. :woot:
Logan is too serious and dry to play Dick Grayson. He lacks the humour needed.

When thinking about it, there's no character for Lerman to play, not ever. :woot:
He can't deliever any funny line at all :cwink:

*sarcasm*

Ah goddamn.I just finished school today for the Summer and was thinking this could be a perfect day ... not yet
