I like that idea! Maybe they could have him leaving for the military like he does in the comics. I think he has an abusive father in the comics too, so maybe at some point he relates to Peter about it at some point. I liked that they made him a bit more multi-faceted in TASM1, it's more in line with his character.

They could really make him interesting in the MCU, especially with it's expanded form of storytelling. I liked in Spiderman: Blue when he's telling Pete about how he's enlisting in the military because Spiderman inspired him to be a better person, I thought that was awesome

Flash isn't supposed to be a central character, but they could expand his role in subtle ways. He's a Spidey fanboy (Loved that they touched on that in TASM1), maybe he could stupidly try to intervene in a fight between Spidey and Shocker.

It should've been flash standing up to rhino at the end of tasm2 instead of the kid :oldrazz: But yea, just give him a smaller comedic role in the spidey films and if they feel the need to expand on him, they have plenty of options outside of the many many marvel films we will be getting

I liked the kid, he played a big role in making Peter feel strong enough to take on Rhino and get back into action. But anyway, I just imagine Flash tackling Shocker then immediately getting blasted through a wall. Maybe Spidey yells at him for it too like "are you stupid, man?!"

That'd be awesome! Maybe they can even use him to touch on the copycat vigilante issue that would arise with someone like spidey swinging around town. And since we're on flash, I'd cast Colton Haines for him (but him being on Arrow might make that an issue)

With Mysterio as a possible first villain, the copycat Spidey story may be in play. Maybe Flash could be someone framed.

A guy known for being tiny, as a jock that bullies Peter Parker?

He was basically Flash on teen wolf (I only saw the first few episode so I don't know where they went with him after that).

I'd get Andrew Garfield back just to see Colton Haynes's Flash trying to bully him. :oldrazz:

That's why I always get a chuckle watching tom cruise act tough! But is Colton Haynes really that small? He's 5'9'', which is taller than me :oldrazz:

They used camera angles for Tom Hardy in TDKR, who was shorter than Bale. I'm sure they could do that for whatever actors they end up casting.

I was also gonna suggest Dave Franco, but he may be too small for flash as well (not that I think that matters all too much, small people are mean sometimes)

For what it's worth, Logan Lerman is the best suggestion I've seen thus far.

I see some resemblance :oldrazz:

Seeing those two pictures together reminds me of the time rumors had it this guy would voice Spider-Man in the USM cartoon.
