That's probably the most awkward since they already have that twincest thing going on in the ultimates.

How will there be solo Marvel Spidey movies on top of their Phase 3 slate? Will Sony produce but Marvel are the creative brains behind it or will Sony just distribute? Or will Marvel increase their output of films per year?

Sony produces, Marvel irons out the creative stuff, at least that's what I think. I read that they were looking for a 2018 release so it would coincide with marvel's phase 3

I think a combination of both awkward and party boy Harry would be nice. He's an indulgent rich kid, so he's awkward around "regular kids"

I told my father after seeing Godzilla that the husband and wife in the movie would be playing brother and sister in the Avengers sequel. He told me that was sick. I didn't have the heart to explain to him about the Ultimate Universe.

Sony would likely be distributing, but Marvel/Disney could probably veto any release date that was inconvenient for them.

I think if they want another solo on top of the phase 3 films already announced then Sony would have to produce. I don't want one of Marvel's other films to be sacrificed for Spidey.

That works. Like him visiting Peter and being surprised that he doesn't have a housekeeper or something. I think his pill addiction would be a good thing to touch on at some point in the future, they hinted at his alcoholism in tasm2 which was nice (well not nice for Harry but you know what I mean)

Nothing will be sacrificed. There are plenty of open dates, especially since we've seen other studios run away from Marvel films in terror recently. Nobody wants to compete with Dr. Strange, of all characters. They can find a Spidey release date.

EDIT: And to add, we had five big screen Marvel movies this year and they each turned a profit. Disney won't have a problem with putting out three films of their own plus a Spidey co-production. They put out three Marvel films this year and Spidey still made money.

I liked that there was a subtle drug reference in SSM when he was taking the Goblin formula. Maybe they could integrate that somehow. Also, it'd be nice to see more father-son scenes with him and Norman, we didn't really get that in TASM2 (probably a good thing for the script's sake).

Yes! The globulin green! That was basically a flat-out drug, I'm pleasantly surprised they were able to use that storyline. And yes, seeing the Harry-Norman relationship play out is what makes Harry going insane as the goblin fully effective.

Yea, if anything it should be the overarching plot of a second trilogy, because there's so much more they can do that they haven't done yet

I think Curtis has the ability to pull off the Ultimate humor of Aunt May as well as the caring, but serious side.

I'd save Susan Sarandon for MJ's Aunt, Anna Watson personally.
