For the Huntress/Black Widow match, I'd have to give it to Black Widow.
She is more resourceful and she has more fire power.
Black Widow is also a trained sniper and skilled martial artist.

Huntress is a very skilled martial artist, but she is no Batman.

Winner: Black Widow.

I wonder how Black Widow'd go about it though. She seems to me like the kinda person who would actually get somewhat down and dirty. Maybe not actually fighting hand to hand but pulling a trigger somewhere for sure.

So far the other fights. Fury/Batman and Darkseid/Kang were mostly decided by allies/lackeys. These two arent so strong in that department.

Black Widow. He was injected with the super soldier formula decades ago. She's stronger, faster, more agile, and has more endurance than Huntress ever can.

This is a hard one.
Both Norman and Octavius have genius-level intellect.
They both are tactical, i guess.

I think Stormin' Norman takes this one though.
Ock has the tentacles but the Goblin has the weapons and gadgets.

A variety of pumpkin bombs, poison gas, electric gloves, goblin glider, and other gizmos give the match to Noman.

The only thing Ock has that Norman doesnt have are the tentacles.

Winner: Green Goblin.

Well i dunno about that. Osborn's deffinitely a planner. He's got that scary premeditation thing down. He's the kinda guy who will destroy everything you've ever loved and slowly and systematically destroy everything around you before he kills you. Plus he's got waay more resources and influence. Dock Ock'd have to go guerilla on this one.

but then again Ock's got no qualms with killing innocent people. If he wanted osborn dead bad enough he would probably have no problem planting big a** bombs all over the place. Like bomb every building that osborn owns. Or build a nuke and blow up the whole city that Osborn's in. I dont think Ock'd blink twice at doing something like that which makes him extremely dangerous.

I think Ock'd take this. Because, in many ways, he is very much like Peter. Both are gifted scientists. Both were bullied by their peers. Both gained powers in strange twists of fate. It's just that Ock allowed himself to be corrupted by his power. He is what Peter would have become without Uncle Ben and Aunt May to guid him. So really, when facing Ock, Osborn is dealing with a Spider-Man who's willing to kill innocent people.

GG, though I like Octavias a hell of a lot more. I think his advantage is that A: he's a better organizer, and B: he's litterally insane.

That might have worked once upon a time but none of the sinister six members are exactly on friendly terms with octavius. In fact in their most recent appearances they've been banding together to kill octavius.

They're not likely to help him out.
