I tried AGAIN to see this leaked thing.. a couple of them floating around, but damn are they crap to the exstreme! I stopped again 20 seconds in. It's unbarable to watch! I'll wait for full HD!!! so huuuurry up with it! It seems so badass though.

I wouldn't mind the film ending exactly how the teaser ended. Same voice over and POV sequence. It ended pretty excellently.


BTW, the way the music builds when he goes into the lab where he's bitten gives me CHILLS


Also, I think the bit at 1:31 in the trailer shows Peter sewing the costume. Awesome.

Trailer is definitely more character driven. The only action shots are cars being thrown (WHICH I DIDN'T SEE, BUT PEOPLE SAY IT'S THERE) and the much talked about 1st person POV end scene. I would wait if I were you.

Well, at the end of the trailer Peter's voice sounds:

"We all have secrets, the ones we keep, and the ones that are kept from us"

The POV scene looks *****ing amazing!!! and the Webb actually made a good coice using the POV shot!

Lets look at this logically, if they did have POV shots in the actual movie, why would they completely ruin it by placing the entire sequence in the trailer?

This leaves us with a few possibe conclusions..

The first, is that this is something created specially for the trailer. Makes me think maybe they haven't finished some effects and just decided to put this in instead.

Second, perhaps there are multiple POV shots (please, no) and this one is just a tease.

Or third, this is just a portion of a much longer sequence (.. which would be lame).

I hope for the first, personally. I felt like the trailer was perfect, right up until the POV shot started. It ran way too long, and it was really overdone. Would've much rather saw some shots of Spidey swinging or fighting criminals.

That would be the first movie, and I seriously doubt that will happen this time. Seems that Webb is aiming far faaar away from the Raimi series, so he'd be dumb to end this movie anywhere similar to the old one. Besides, this is in 3D (should beat avatar, or so I've read), so there will more then likely be more then ONE first person swinging scene in this flick... just hope they dont overuse it.

Cool scenes: Peter's parents leaving him with Uncle Ben and Aunt May, Peter meeting Captain Stacy at the Stacy home for dinner (being questioned) Peter venturing off into Oscorp despite Gwen's warning and getting bit, Peter sitting on his bed, back facing us in the Spider-Man suit, the entire, 1st person, free-running ending

There is a lot of acting, though.

Did anyone else notice that after the shot of Peter in the subway, there's a shot of some weird facing looking up. All you see is the face surrounded by darkness. It happens at like 1:25 in the teaser. It's creepy. What is with that face? Who is that?

That POV shot is going to much more immersive in 3D. I bet there a couple of POV scenes in the movie. Hopefully, not too many.
