The thing about Floyd is I think it's an act to get you to hate him. Even after the fight, he gives his opponent credit. Whereas Broner is just a jerk 24/7. I really don't think it's an act with him. He's never going to be this PPV star because he doesn't have that hunger or dedication to the craft. Plus early in Floyd's career, he sought after big names to build himself up. Whereas Broner is really avoiding them right now.

Nah, Haymon just doesn't want his guys losing to other people that aren't managed by him. Why do you think that punk Quillen vacated his belt instead of fighting his mandatory?

Haymon can't afford to not do business with GBP. Arum and Kathey Duva don't want to do business with him, so there go the other top promoters. Mayweather Promotions is at an infacy stage and so far their top guys have been KOd.

Broner shows potential, he just doesn't throw enough punches and his defense sucks. He gets hit at will, he has no stamina, and lack of punches will be his downfall. If he ever gets in the ring with Lucas Matthysee................it ain't going to be pretty for Adrian.

Broner has what kind of potential? He has no defense, and doesn't have the gas tank to throw consistently. As I said, he is going to end up punch drunk.

I agree on all points. I think he gets fatigued really bad now because he has to do so much to cut weight after he blows up from not taking his training seriously or training year round. Of the top Welterweights or Light Welterweights, I can't see him beating any of them any time soon. I honestly think if he fought Paulie again, he may lose that fight because it's questionable if he won the original fight.

On the weight issue. While I agree with your point, I also think he carries way too much upper body weight. He reminds me a bit of Berto in that regard.

I never got the hype with him. He's one of the worse fighters I have ever seen. I remember him doing the shoulder roll against Soto-Karass and man he looked like an idiot. If there was ever a hype job personified, it would be him.
