I hope some good will come out of this blatant display of injustice, and the government will look into this kind of rigged officiating. This is disgusting.

And to think, I thought Sy-Fy's Jersey Shore Shark Attack was the worst thing I saw tonight. :o

I don't know how many more black eyes boxing can take, scoring that fight for Bradley is beyond the pale, how many more times must situations like this happen before the governnebt calls an investigation?

see you in November

I just snapped my Fight Night Champion and burned it. Done with boxing.

I'm a Filipino but I'm not upset. It's all about business in the boxing world that's why I don't watch it anymore.

I think I'm nuts.

Am I the only one here (along with the 3 judges and Juan Manuel Marquez (he said no comment, it was a close fight))who had it close?

I had Manny winning rounds 3 to 9, and Bradley with rounds 1-2 and 10-12.

I thought he outboxed Manny in the championship rounds but Manny did enough early in the fight to get a close 115-113 from me.

I said to myself after the fight that I wouldn't get mad with a draw.

I thought Manny has lost his legs, and his side to side in and out and whirlwind like movement in the ring.

I think I'm nuts. (I'm 100% Filipino BTW).

I can't imagine how Marquez feels about the Bradley win. He might be thinking of karma.

You know what, looking at that fight again, you are not nuts. When I first saw it, I thought Manny destroyed dude. But when you look at it again, I think you are right. Manny didn't destroy dude but I think the flurries he threw had me and a lot of other people saying Manny destroyed him but there were some rounds that Bradley won. It was closer when you look at it the second time around but there is no way that 2 judges should have scored Manny losing 8 rounds to 4.

Bad night for boxing. The fight wasn't the blowout that the sports media is now claiming it to be. At the same time, it was no where even close to a Bradley win. It should've been a unanimous decision for Pacquiao. I don't know if I'm ready to buy into it being a conspiracy theory, but there is no denying that it has a long history of corruption and this may just be the latest chapter of that legacy.

Matt is all Bob Arum! Paq's contract is set to expire soon so he has to build up his new cash cow. This is going to be a 3 fight trilogy and unless Manny knocks him out, he's not going to beat him. Everyone was blaming Mayweather but he was telling everyone to look at Arum, it's not him and he's right!

Manny was dominating but he started to coast near the end and Bradley never stopped trying. I don't know if Manny got tired or thought the fight was in the bag but he didn't seem like himself to me at the end even though I think he clearly won. This fight felt like De la hoya-Trinidad all over again.

Where does this now leave Floyd v Manny? I think Bradley/PacMan will have a trilogy and Floyd will take on Khan in 2013. I'm not too thrilled by those fights.

I doubt it will ever happen, as long Arum is the promoter for these fights. Mayweather doesn't want to give him any money as a result of the title bout.

TBH, while I still think Manny won, there were some alarming things. First, he doesn't seem to be in the same type of conditioning. This is 3 straight fights were he looked winded. I know he was complaining about cramping before, but I can't believe that for 3 consecutive bouts. He was clearly coasting for the first half of those rounds, then trying to steal it with flurries during the last minute. He doesn't appear to have the gas necessary to get guys out in the later rounds anymore. Speaking of which...

This is also the 5th straight fight to go the distance. He hit all of those guys with pretty good shots, he doesn't seem to have the same power everyone claims he does. Of course this could lend credence to all the speculation about him, but I think it needs to be considered.

Along with the fact that I've never thought of him as a great boxer, but a great fighter, I think this next rematch could really be his last. He was watching the NBA game like he didn't have anything to do last night lol, his focus has been all over the place. I don't think he should've lost, but I also don't think he beat Marquez in any of those three fights, so I guess, karma really is a *****

I've heard it said that this will just hype up the rematch, but I know a lot of people who realized last night that they spent $65 on boxing that could've been saved for UFC. This is not how you revive interest in a sport.

There were a few things that made you wonder: Yeah honestly I have never seen Manny accept defeat like that. I have never seen HBO criticize judges so blatantly before a fight, and I have never seen a main event held up for a basketball game........All it does is fuel the conspiracy theories out there about boxing.

Haha, that one female judge got called out as "a mediocre judge." I was dying of laughter. I thought there was some unspoken code where you don't just blast a judge.

All of this just seems so fishy. If I were a conspiracy theorist, I'd hate to wonder what is Bob Arum doing behind the scenes? Did he offer Pacquiao some kind of deal to have him lose on purpose to boost Bradley's reputation? Why are there talks of a rematch so quickly after this fight?

You don't have to be a conspiracy theorist, just know Arum's history. This man already has testified and admitted to bribery of the IBF in the 90's.

Crap! I didn't even bring up how they had a rematch date already set at the end of a fight!! Darn you Warhammer for not reminding me before I set my post! :argh:

Last night was proof the mob still runs Vegas because somebody clearly paid off C.J. Ross

Where does this now leave Floyd v Manny? .

When they're senior citizens.

The promoters in charge of "pro" Boxing have been a laughing stock for a while now.

UFC over any of this rigged bologna.

I know one thing that's increasingly starting to get on my nerves. That all of a sudden people cite this as the death knell for boxing. Really?

Just a few months ago Pacquiao got away with a decision he had no business getting against JMM. Where were all the hounds at then? He actually got 3 decisions against Marquez that he shouldn't have, and nobody cared. Now that it's Bradley, it's the death of boxing? Where's the consistency...

Arum wants an investigation of the fight now. That's like a fox wanting an investigation of the missing chickens when he just happen to be there the previous night.
