It's pretty much impossible to tell how he's built. Not only does a suit hide muscle and definition, but black is slimming. And I doubt he's done training. They probably keep bulking up/defining untill January.

I believe what Routh is doing is getting rid of fat and building muscle. I think that's the professional way to get muscle. Get rid of one and build up the other. He is in the 'losing' stage. I'm curious to see how he looks when March comes around.

I can't believe you guys are still talking about this pic.

Yeah, it hides the muscle and definition but that jacket is hanging on him like a sack...

His chest and shoulders look to be pretty broad in that photo, but his waist is obviously a lot slimmer. If you lighten that image up you might see what I mean...

I used to be a costumer, and I can tell how that's hanging on him.

The suit doesn't fit him well in any case. He musta gotten it off the rack with little, or maybe even no, tailoring.
