I can maybe see Jamie pulling this off. I was really mad when I had first heard about her being casted as chichi but I have gotten over it. Ill have to wait and see. She seems like she is too cute for the role though I can't see her going off on anybody or seriously kicking ass though.

I agree she looks like one of those regular myspace chics.

this is what i mean when i say that this movie feels less genuine because of it being Americanized. personally, i would've preferred someone similar to Maggie Cheung. some of you may recognize her as Jackie Chan's girlfriend in a number of movies.

i really don't care..i have other reasons to doubt this movie right now...such as....the landscapes...they should be great and in my mind there would be so much better locations in alaska,japan and africa then the ones chosen by them...too bad...the landscapes r a very important aspect of db... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkrbIzKr-j0 remember those high cliffs? u can't find that elsewhere than in Japan...

Chi Chi always bugged me in the cartoon. Like to the point of wondering why would anyone would put up with her crap. I never really felt the love between her and Goku either. She came off as the last person he cared about at all, he was just too nice to leave her and find somebody less annoying.

What of Ox King? I wonder if Chi Chi's last name will be King in this movie...

Jamie looks a lot more like ChiChi in this shot than she does otherwise.. hopefully it stays this way throughout the movie..

she's definitely got a nice body, no doubts about that. she's just not Chi Chi. i always imagined Chi Chi to be similar to Maggie Cheung. she starred in several Jackie Chan flicks and always played the nagging girlfriend/wife that's always worried or getting on Jackie about dumb stuff. here are older pictures of her (probably from the 80's)...
