i mean, Peter and MJ have gone from HS seniors to college students, so logically Aunt May can't keep getting older and older without, well to put it frankly, dying

she could be tricked into taking the goblin serum - that could keep her young
and then when the symbiote finds her, who knows what could happen
i think it would be funny to see it pass over her in her sleep but reject her as a host because of her age...for a second we see her transforming but it doesn't last long and moves on to peter
