In my opinion, the game is not very RPG. But that's just me.. others will tell you it's the ultimate RPG -- to me, it's more like a FPS with few, very few RPG elements.

What RPG elements are you thinking of that aren't in the game?

If you were just talking about how you tackle the game, cool, but it doesn't make sense.

I sold my copy of Fallout 3 to Amazon.com along with some other games and I ordered the GOTY version for $50, and ended up only paying $28. Hopefully it arrives before Thanksgiving!

So i just recently started playing Fallout 3 again after a few months off and i was going through my inventory and i have a bunch of fingers. I cant remember what those are for, any ideas?

you can trade them somewhere for money - forget where though I havnt played for a few months either

The Regulators are a group of self-appointed lawbringers who wear cowboy style hats and Regulator Dusters after the fashion of gunslingers. In the Capital Wasteland they are led by Sonora Cruz and operate out of a farmhouse.

If the player has the Lawbringer perk, he/she can trade fingers taken from the corpses of evil humans killed by the player, for good karma and Bottlecaps. The Regulators will also attempt to claim the bounty on the player's head if he or she commits serious crimes, such as destroying Megaton or enslaving people in the Capital Wasteland.

So you just have to stumble across these ppl in the wasteland?

Regulator HQ is a farmhouse that serves as the headquarters of the Regulators. It is located north of the Wheaton Armory and west of Canterbury Commons.

Quick question: anyone here tried this game on XP? I mean Windows XP..

I just bought this game last week.

I really don't know how I want to play, so I'm simultaneously playing through three different profiles. I think I'm leaning towards the good side because it seems to lend itself to more side quests and experience...
