It was ********. Arkillo is some totally badass dude who rhomped all over the place in Sinestro Corps, then gets his ass handed to him by Mongel and ruins the character. ****ing Tomasi.

Mongul was more badass. I don't see how that shortchanges Arkillo. Mongul's clearly going to be a major player in the future of the Sinestro Corps--maybe the most important player. And, really, the guy's been stealing rings and killing Sinestro Corps Lanterns with one arm for the past several issues of GLC.

Sodam Yat is gonna crush Mongul! I mean it is quite possible that Yat is the most powerful character in the DCU! He's gonna own Mongul!

Damn, I forgot about Prime! Well, I know Yat will still take it to Mongul! On a side note, I wish DC would give Superman back his Pre-Crisis level powers like SBP! That would be very cool, and it would put Supes back on top of the DCU as he should be!

I think Arkillo lost in a decent manner. Mongul was clearly trying hard.

Mongul was more badass. I don't see how that shortchanges Arkillo. Mongul's clearly going to be a major player in the future of the Sinestro Corps--maybe the most important player. But for a C/D-list villain to get served a beating that bad then get his tounge ripped out infront of the rest of the corps it's bad. The Corps will have no respect for him anymore, he'll likely be shunned from them as well. It means he's not going to be around much anymore as a character, and that sucks. Chances are he's going to die next big battle he gets in.

Or that's the way I'm seeing it at least. Oh well, maybe Larfleeze will be a badass too.

Or his humiliation will force him to start working against Mongul in secret. Mongul's gaining power in the Sinestro Corps, but Arkillo could rally those who are loyal to Sinestro and not happy with Mongul's coup.
