Corp, you like Rebels. Is this guys GLC going to be worth reading?
REBELS is definitely great. Some of that has to do with the fact that Vril Dox is the most awesomest dick in the universe, but Bedard is good overall. I'd definitely at least give him an arc to see where he's going with the characters.

Well, his first arc is The Revenge of the Alpha Lanterns or something where it's going to be his cast (Kyle, John, Ganthet, Soranik and the big rock guy who punches faces) vs the alphas. So that sounds good, I guess.

"Revolt of the Alpha Lanterns." Curious what they'd be revolting over. Maybe the Guardians really are offed in Blackest Night and the Alpha Lanterns don't want to work under the touchy-feely command of Salaak, Kilowog, Guy, et al.

Too bad. Kyle's touching that and we all know what happens to ladies Kyle takes an interest in. :oldrazz:

:csad:

Yaaaaay to panel time for John. Sounds like Isamot will be fading further into the background. Boo to that.

Maybe Tomasi will be taking Isamot and Vath into Emerald Warriors. Seems like the type of title where they'd fit in. I say this with absolute certainty based on my complete lack of knowledge as to what Emerald Warriors will be about.

He may end up in Emerald Warriors. Unless EW is some kind of buddy jaunt through the universe with just Guy and Kilowog.

Who else would write Isamot but Tomasi? :awesome:

Spectre should have some sort of contest with Sentry to see who's the most useless insanely-powered character in comics.

Kyle, John!, Soranik, Ganthet = I keep buying.
Ganthet as a GL, even more, as a Honor guard, is a great idea. Greatto see John taking a hot seat.
I'm not sure I enjoy that much Hannu as a key player, but it is OK as long as we keep seeing other members like Iolande, Vath, Isamot, Kilowog? ... ah no, too bad.
Not much interested with Emerald Warrior.
I think DC should not do it the Marvel way with the Xmen and the 10000 X-related books, just keep it confined to GL and GLC. Each arc could have a different (almost) roster while keeping a specific main roster at the center.

I've never read much of any of the Spectre's series, but I assume he actually did stuff in them. Unlike Bob.

Not really. He turned people to wax and made giant mechanical ducks that ate child molesters. Nothing of true consequence. Spectre was probably most powerful in Final Night, when he literally kept the spark of life alive on Earth, through his manly lovings.

HUGE Blackest Night #7 spoiler:

[blackout]Remember that time I said "wait, people think Sinestro is a bad guy in all of this?"[/blackout]? No? Didn't expect you to.

[blackout] Sinestro is going to defeat Nekron. He's then going to try and rule over the universe as the only White Lantern, which is going to be what Brightest Day is all about - Taking down a godlike powered Sinestro.[/blackout]

Also, it makes sense seeings how [blackout]Saint Walker said back in Rage of Red Lanterns that they need to save and keep Sinestro alive because he's pivotal in saving the universe from Blackest Night, and Johns has been building him up since Rebirth as more of an anti-hero than an outright villain, what with him making the Sinestro Corps specifically to start the War of Light and get the Oan Guardians to change their Rulebook of Oa so that the Green Lanterns would rule more out of Fear than anything else.[/blackout]

[BLACKOUT]Are you sure? The Brightest Day issues don't seem to imply it and we already saw a cover where Sinestro is back to normal, not to mention it seems Sinestro is trying to find out where Parallax Disappeared to, which we now know Parallax might be where Hector Hammond is.[/BLACKOUT]

[BLACKOUT]Haha indeed it's funny how mostly everyone (including myself) just ignored all these clues and hints. :D[/BLACKOUT]
