I...didn't even mention Geoff Johns in that post. I was making a little light hearted fun of the the story set-up because this is something that's been done to death with Green Lantern these last few years. But I would feel the same way no matter who was writing it.

I've got to ask, how angry does he need to get to become a Red Lantern again? I mean if he stubs his toe is he going to go insane and begin attacking everything within reach or does it have to be more severe than that?

GL 53 spoilers/summary/review

Atrocitus is on Ysmalt, Guy and Ganthet are there as well. It seemed to me like Ganthet and Guy are making secret alliances to get rid of the Guardian's, Guy and Hal are done with I guess? Ganthet sounded kind of evil with his plans.

Larfleeze is carrying around Sayd with his feet, lol. He meets with Luthor to ask where he can get valuables. Luthor has a sinister look on his face.

Flash rebuilds graves in Coast City and Saint Walker blesses them.

Hal and Carol do their in-love but not in-love bs, Sinestro tells Hal that the Entity wants him.

But most importantly, the little hooded person-thing has Parallax, and has spaces for all the entities (like a trophy room) no Ion appearance btw.

Good issue, quick read though. The ending has got my interest. 3.8/5

Ok just getting into GL picked up Secret Origins then rage of red lanterns and agent orange i loved secret origins.There are certain things i am uninformed of while reading RORL do books like SCW/No Fear cover stuff like(Paralax,Anti-Monitor,etc) so i am caught up.

which books should i pick up so i am informed on all areas since i currently only got AO/SO/RORL/

Nothing, really. It's just a love-hate friendship thing. Guy's saying that what Ganthet's asking him and Atrocitus to do together is probably going to end that friendship once and for all. We don't know what they're going to do, but apparently it involves getting rid of the Guardians.











It's probably anal.

"Getting rid of" how? Isn't it kind of hard to overpower the Guardians with powers they gave to the GLs?

Dunno. But Larfleeze alone was a match for the Guardians...they're not indestructible. Maybe that's why Ganthet's brown-nosing Atrocitus. And Guy with a Red Lantern ring could probably kill God if he had to.

Of note is the fact that Ganthet mentions he's made a vow to fight against the Guardians and the Green Lantern Corps.

Also of note is that Larfleeze steals Lex's sandwich.
