i searched the BB website and theres nothing on the DVD though

I never got a chance as my local theater didn't even carry it. Two movies in my 32-year life they didn't carry: Grindhouse and Brokeback Mountain.

Rented Brokeback and dl'ed Grindhouse, both of which I would have gladly paid to see but the choice was taken out of my hands both times.

Granted, this is an issue with my theater rather than Bob and Harv but it's still useable as a legitimite gripe.

Burn them!

I can never enjoy watching movies on my computer or downloading them...how do you guys do it??

I have to have the cinematic experience or something close! I don't like tiny screens or pixalated stuff!

I don't like it either but in this case I had no choice if I was to see it like it was meant to be seen.

The real problem I have with watching movies on my computer is that I can't lounge on the couch or my big giant recliner. And I get cheetoh dust all over my mouse.

It is very stupid that they are two separate DVD's, though. Now, it kills the whole point of it being Grindhouse.

Well, the way I see it...
You're still getting two full movies (and come on, they're both extended by like half an hour each, as far as I know....so now they're like 2 hours each?), with a 2nd. disc for each full of features.
I think that's a pretty good deal. I mean, it's just like any ol' movie getting a special edition two disc treatment.

It does suck that we won't get the fake trailers, and while I'm sure they'll be included in the eventual double dip, I don't think that will be available for a long time.

i heard this movie didnt do too well and they were considering splitting the two films at one point and they are also packaging the dvds seperatly .
