I'm pretty sure they are still together in this movie because Rogue is holding Iceman's hand at the funeral/memorial whatever it is and like Darkie mentioned she looks upset. Plus Rogue is considering the cure in depth most likely because she knows that Bobby wants to have contact.

Bobby's a player, Rogue probably just catches him macking Kitty, thinking with his you know what. Like I said before Bobby will play Kitty too, and eventually she'll go running to Colossus. Eventually Rogue will get over Bobby and she'll meet Gambit in X-Men 4. By that time Bobby wont even really care, he'll have feelings for Rogue and Kitty but he'll let that **** slide right off his back. He's the Iceman for cryin out loud. They will portray Bobby as a player who's reall deducation lies in the team an becoming a leader to the younger X-Men. It's like a football player who cares more about his team and being a capt. than spending quality time with his girlfriend. Those kinda guys usually end up playin there g/f and the g/f usually just lets it happen and runs back to the guy in the end.

Thats the best way to introduce Gambit, Rogue will also find true love not some teen puppy love. Bobby was the first guy to show some interest and attention to her. There relationship is really not that solid.

Actually Logan was the first person to actually treat her like a person, but he didn't stick around. Bobby paid attention, stuck around and called himself her boyfriend. He probably just couldn't stand not touching his girlfriend so he cheated. Which from a girl's perspective sucks and Rogue should totally dump him and find a better man, a certain Cajun perhaps.
