I don't know if this has been touch upon, but how is the Mark of the Demon (Jonah's scar) going to be handled? Standard make-up effects or a CGI Two-Face style effect?

Jonah Hex:
Jonah Hex (Josh Brolin) is a skilled tracer/shooter who wanders by the American West, hiring his services as a Bounty Hunter. One day, Hex is captured by his arch-enemy, Lietnaut Grass. But instead of being killed, he's send to his next assignment: Kill Quentin Turnbull (John Malcovich), a sadistic landlord who's gathering together an army to free the South. In his jorney, Hex will cross paths with unusual characters, like Leila (Megan Fox), a trigger-happy saloon dancer, Doc Cross Willians (Michael Shannon), the leader of a bizarre ring of modern gladiators, and much more. There's only one problem: There's a big reward for the one who gets Jonah's head in a silver plate, and, for all of those people, money comes first.

It's a Spoiler-free sumary of what we know of the movie, but I think you got the idea.

I don't know how they are doing it but I'd be happy if they did something like what Tom Jane did in this makeup test.

Upon hearing the Warner would make a Jonah Hex movie, Jane, a big fan of the comics, called some of his friends from the make-up sector, and dressed himself as Hex, with make-up for his face and everything, and send the image to Warner, hoping to be cast as Hex. Josh Brolin beat him to the punch, as we all know.
