I'd just go with the normal one and if you want to put a hat on it, shop around and look for your own.

I'm at EA right now and yeah, that's an X1, not a big fan of them personally, but I do have to play them at work ha. Also have another X1 and 2 360s at my desk.

Ha yeah, working for a company that all gamers apparently hate is pretty awesome I guess ha. But it's not too shabby.

On the contrary, I do not hate ea. I appreciate them. It's thanks to them I was able to enjoy mass effect 2 on Ps3. If it wasn't for them, I would never know what I was missing out on when it was exclusive to the 360.

With that being said, I would love to work for them too lol. How long you been working there?

Yeah, Mass Effect is one of my absolute favorite gaming franchises. I've invested so much time into that series it's insane. Can't wait for 4. And overall, I've been here for about a year and a half. My contract will be expiring in a few weeks anyways so I'm trying to get moved to another project otherwise I'll just have to land another job.

I must've played Me2 like 20 times but Me3 sucked. And I played Me1 like once since it took so long to come out on PS3, I honestly didn't think it would happen at all. But yeah, overall that is the reason why I don't hate ea and they shouldn't be so hated upon.

I loved ME3, wasn't better than 2 but it was great for me. The ending was a bit of a letdown but it was a damn good game. I actually platinumed all 3. And even restarted from ME1 midway through ME3 when I heard they announced ME1 was coming out on PSN, so I stopped almost halfway into ME3, and started all over from ME1, then replayed 2, then 3 (all with the same save file)

Haha, I have mixed feelings actually about working in the gaming industry. Because it sometimes takes the fun out of gaming at home since you end up spending hours upon hours playing games at work, and when you get home the last thing you want to do is pick up a video game controller. But that's just me... and I'm sure a handful of people here and there ha.

I think my save files may add up to 230+ hours maybe with all 3 games combined, I should check. You it's probably 2 years.

bro, god of war, gran turismo, and uncharted are among their biggest sellers. lbp is AAA and will sell yeah, but it won't be like record breaking for em or anything like them. i sure do hope it'll sell better than the first 2 though. just for the fact that it's on 2 platforms should make it sell better alone.

I can guarantee you that LBP doesn't have nearly the budget behind it as any of those series you mentioned and for it to sell that high, means for a larger return. And FYI, the last console LBP has sold more to date than the last GoW and GT. It's a money maker. We've already been over all this. If you don't think those count as selling well for the company, then we will just agree to disagree

Sony is weird with their marketing as they have a history of not giving their games the right amount of promotion.

They promoted a lot with gow3 with those slurpees. He'll even destiny had more promotion than lbp3.

Maybe sony can't afford to spend money on advertising right now

I don't recall Sony doing a whole lot of promotion for Gran Turismo 6 or GoW Ascension either and they belong to two of the series you said were among their biggest franchises. I don't think Sony spending much on advertising says much about their IPs, bc again they rarely make sense when it comes to that
