i hoped you were kidding, but damn, this sucks for me as a hardcore lbp fan, but this sucks O.D for sony

driveclub and lbp3, both badass reviews (lbp3's reviews will probably continue to suck), I only wonder if the rest of playstation's exclusives will continue to be like this

I was worried what a change in developer would do. I read the IGN review and that's a case of the score not matching the text. Nothing she wrote seemed to suggest it would be an average at best title. I will have to see how awful these bugs are bc LBP has always had them. It is disappointing to hear that the new characters are barely used though

yeah man the guys at neogaf were scoffing at how the IGN lady did the score. The new characters being underused isn't so much what bothers me, but the fact that you have to be the same character as the OP. That's dumb.

Although, someone mentioned in a comment of an LBP article that makes a lot of sense. All these characters, are just powerups that Sackboy (once?) had. Swoop can fly, but we had jetpacks. Toggle is strong, but we had power gloves. Oddsock can jump off walls, but usually there were jump pads on the sides.

I have to ask then, are all those powerups that we had in LBP1 and 2 just gone now and replaced with the new characters? Big thumbs down if that's the case. -_-

also funny but not really on topic, if you type littlebigplanet 3 on google, one of the news articles that pops up is "IGN Grand Theft Auto" it's been a recurring thing, I wonder if they're doing it on purpose, lol

There hasn't been a AAA PS4 exclusive yet that was a total hit with the critics. Bloodborne might be the first one, and that sort of game isn't for everyone. The Order doesn't seem like it will be a hit either.

Well I did the first 2 tutorial levels and it feels like LBP to me. Surely I will need to spend more time with it but from what I can tell, if you loved the past games, you'll enjoy this. Visuals look amazing and it still has tons of personality and charm. Im really not too worried about what critics like IGN have to give in terms of a score.

No it will be Bloodborne. Trust me on that. From Software is the best RPG maker out there. And Bloodborne looks to be another great game from them.

It sure ain't good for sony to have consistent exclusives with not so good reviews. Especially not in Q4. And all they have to offer now is dc and lbp3.

Also Sunset Overdrive has the same problem that LBP3 has, not super popular franchises. And Sunset really has not been busting sales.

This Q4 (as is most with the first years of launch) is up to third party games.

Halo Collection is definitely something to be excited for if you're hardcore halo fan. yes it has its problems, but it seems that it is an unfortunate trend of new gen games these days.

Sunset Overdrive may have flopped as well which is unfortunate for Insom, but at least it got good reviews.

But yeah. I predict the biggest seller (other than smash) may probably end up being GTAV.

we were playing this for hours tonight and everybody loved it. We didn't really run into any bugs, so I have to wonder why the scores were as low as they were.
