loving the idea of Jessica Stroup as Lois. i think she'd be perfect!

edit: just realized that for marketing purposes i feel that if they don't get a significant name for Superman or Lex they'll want to get one for Lois. unfortunately, Stroup certainly isn't well known.

I think they will probably find a more well known for Lex, and stick with unknowns for Superman and Lois. Well, I hope

i like Autumn Reeser. i think she's very pretty and has solid acting skills, but there's something about her looks that's not quite Lois Lane. she could PASS, but she doesn't fit Lois like Jessica Stroup does.

Totally agreed. Autumn is nice, but she just doesn't look like Lois to me. There are only a couple of actresses who's personality is so brilliant for it that i'd over look a lack of the perfect image.

I'm still digging Zooey Deschanel as Lois. I think she'd be well suited to the comedic/precocious/reckless aspects of Lois' character.

Ashley Greene is a hot little thing with some personality. If she can make the horrible lines of dialogue in "Twilight" work at times, she can make anything work.

She might be a touch too young, tho.

I am going to throw a name out there, not sure if she has been mentioned previously. Piper-Perabo.

She's actually worked with the Nolan's before in The Prestige. She has the look for Lois and is a decent actress.

I thought about this a few years ago, and then Perabo disappeared until Covert Affairs. I'd be on board.

Same here. She's a bit young, but she has a maturity that most actresses in their mid-20's lack. Plus, she looks perfect for the character when sporting a black hairdo.

Yeah, I think Zoey LOOKS like Lois Lane... but until I see her play a character that doesn't act like she's stoned on something, I can't see her as Lois.

I like Anne Hathaway for Lois as of today. She seems like a good enough actress to pull off plucky, a little crazy and legitimate journalist in addition to being a worthy romantic interest for Earth's Greatest Hero.

Feel free to change my mind, though.

Screw it, through Emmanuelle Chriqui's name on my list of Lois canidates. She is banging hot and can emote well enough.

Give me a hottie that can emote as Lois and I'll be happy. Does this make me a pig? Maybe, but I don't care. In the age of Twilight, it's acceptable on all fronts.
