This isn't official, but it's still accurate.

In Marvel, there are 3 divisions, heavy weight, middle weight, and light weight. Obviously, the tougher one is, the higher they are and if you're the toughest, you're a heavy weight.

I didn't include all the people, just the main ones.

- Galactus doesn't always get beat by the FF, and there's always a catch to that defeat.
- Spider-Man has fought Hulk a few times, and he hardly ever wins.
- Thanos is also "just" an alien, but he can decimate just about any hero or villain from Earth. The Celestials are incredibly powerful.

I thought since Asgard was a planet of gods, how could an alien race defeat a planet full of God's? If this happened, then I just 'educated' myself.

Asgard is not a planet. It's a separate dimension. Also yes, gods live there, but that doesn't equal GOD. There's quite a few superheroes that can overpower an Asgardian god and loads of aliens too. What do you think the Silver Surfer is?

Thorandsurfer, i think you seriously need to sit down with a bunch of comics to get the general grasps of what works and how things go down in the marvel universe.

There are so many ways to group these people

in terms of powers, fighting ability, leadership skills, potential damage, strength, durability, intelligence,etc....

it's quite clear that you are somewhat unaware of what you are talking about. Perhaps asking these questions in the FAQ section may be a better idea instead of making wild assumptions about things.

There's lots of alien 'gods'. Silver Surfer ain't one of them.

Hey! I;ve only been reading comics for 1 in a half years. If you have a problem with this, then it's your probelm. I even thanked people in the other thread for there help.
