anyone know what the strongest armor is in this game, I'm leaning toward the Preditor L/M/H X series but I just want to be sure. Also, the Phantom X (for Garrus) armor looks like the armor Nhilus wore in the beginning of the game.

From what I have read people disagree on which armor is the best between Predator and Colossus. One has more damage protection and the other has more shielding.

Wish they did a better job explaining how to use your weapons! I still dont know how to reload!

You dont reload....Your gun keeps firing till it overheats....or you should stop before it overheats.

My gun (From The Spector weapon range), never reheats and keeps firing till the cows come home....Ooooo yeah.

And when it comes to armor, I use the Heavy Predator X.

Well, I did the DLC, and I'm going to call it particularly awesome.

As far as side missions go, it was easily one of the best, in all terms - story, length, interaction, fun, and noholdsbarredness. Yes, I'm making that a word.

And it was a worthwhile piece, too, introducing the Batarians and showing them as a force to be reckoned with.

The guys that wrote it have obviously studied terrorism, which is neat.

Only a year and 4 months after the first DLC, the second DLC is said to be announced this week.

BioWare has been teasing that new downloadable content is coming to the original Mass Effect sometime this year and it's looking like we'll be hearing about it this week. BioWare's official Twitter feed got people chatting about the possibilities last night.

"Getting the feeling some news about the next ME1 DLC may be coming this week. Keep your eyes peeled," teased the studio.

An arena mode is apparently coming to Mass Effect, but what I really want is more planets to explore. Do you think we'll get that?

Nice, I will be looking foward to it. I would also like a new species like the Batarians in the previous DLC and the "Arena" mode sounds interesting.

I was hoping more missions, but "Arena" sounds interesting. I dont think I'll get it though. I still have so much stuff unexplored in the game itself that I'll be content for a little while.

I have to do at least one more playthrough on insane which is going to probably be the one I use for my Mass Effect 2 save.

But I have to go up to at least Noveria so I can unlock 2 other achievements using a Soldier.

Then I have to futz around with an Engineer so I can get my last 2 achievements. AI Hacking and Neural Shock.

But since I just got done beating this on hardcore, I'm taking a break from it.

I'm having the toughest time playing it through right now on hardcore. I keep forgetting to save before and after these big skirmishes with geth, and the geth juggernauts. I should have started this save with a higher level character instead of playing as a new one.

I actually started as an Infiltrator on Level 1, and it wasn't always easy, I just kept swapping out for better weapons, I used Ashley for power and Liara, although she was killed the most, provided enough biotic powers when things got hairy.

The funny thing is when I was on the Citadel the last time before I arrived from Ilos, I was able to get all the Spectre Level X weapons and just handed it to my entire team. And when I was on Ilos and the final battle, those weapons just seemed to cut everyone down. Even the Geth Colossus.

The trick is I think, I really tried for those ally achievements. By the time the ally achievements unlocked I was done through Noveria. (15 missions and 40 or so assignments) So by the time I was finishing the game I was at Level 51. So I also kept boosting up my stats.

I'm kinda on my 5th playthrough of this game to get all the Engineer achievements.

First - Adept - Paragon (Let Council Die)
Second - Adept - Renegade (Let Council Die)
Third - Infiltrator - Paragon (Let Council Live)
Fourth - Soldier - Renegade (Stopped after getting the Ally Achievements)
Fifth - Engineer - Just playing enough to get the AI and Neural Shock Achievements
Sixth - One will probably be Adept again where I'll try and get Level 60, last 2 ally and Insanity Achievement.

I have to say while this game has to be one of my top 2-3 games on the 360, I'm very disappointed with the lack of DLC. I just posted a month ago about how BioWare was suppose to be announcing some sort of new DLC for this game but all the talk seems to revolve around Mass Effect 2.

I've wanted it for a while, but someone else beat me to it. So when they got a new one...I took it.

I just got 100% Achievements for this game. But in the back of my head, I'm not entirely happy with any of the Shepards I have.

I'm wondering before ME 2 comes out if I'll play it one more time and make it the "perfect" Shepard. Not sure what I want. Adept with an assault rifle. Soldier with singularity.

While playing last night it hit me that Christian Bale, in John Conner mode looks a lot like Shepard.

I'll probably be importing my Soldier over to ME2.....I just don't care for any other class. I want to, more so to get the achievements but I just can't get into them. Infiltrator is my second favorit class, but the rest.......eh.
