In the new Game informer, it says that the main character Commander Sheppard can look however you want him OR her to look. Both genders are also fully voiced. GOD! I can't wait!

Of course. I always do that. First I play as a man, then I play as a woman. I did that for KOTOR. Sometimes the experiences are different.

That's true, in KOTORII some of the sidequests and dialogue were influenced by your gender. Subtle, but appreciated.
