The Official PSN Store Update Thread

Damn. I'll play all of those. Except the Vita games because I don't have a Vita.
 
So glad that Brothers is coming up. I've been wanting to play that game for a while and would have bought it full price. I almost did actually. I am consistently amazed at the deals with PS+. It's unparalleled in gaming.
 
Those motherf**kers. I just bought Bioshock Infinite for 13.99$ during a flash sale around Black Friday. :funny:
 
Not sure where to post this question, but this seemed as good a place as any:

So, I bought a PS4. Inside the PS4 is a code for a free 30-day trial of Playstation Plus. Now, I am not currently a PS+ member. But the caveat with the 30-day trial code is that it requires a credit card upon redemption. In the fine print, it says I have to cancel my subscription a day before the 30 days are up, or else it'll auto-renew to the 3-month subscription off my credit card. I had always planned on buying a 12-month PS+ card, but I wanted to take advantage of this 30-day code. If I redeem the code, and give them my credit card, but then add a 12-month card on top of that, I should have a 13 month subscription, right? Also, since I added 12 months, it wouldn't try to charge my credit card after the first 30 days are up, would it? Like, it wouldn't attempt to auto-renew until the full 13 months are up?
 
It will auto renew when the sub is finished. Just change your settings to turn that off as soon as you activate it. And yes any subscription bought, extends the duration of your Plus
 
Ok so i have a UK account on a UK Playstation 3....how do i get other ps plus lists ie america and japan? I hear you can get some classic games from these stores....

You would need to create a US or Japanese account and buy PS+ for them.

EU typically gets a better selection on a month to month basis, and they all generally get the same games sooner or later. I don't know if it'd be worth it.
 
I've been encountering a very annoying problem on my ps3. There have been many occasions now that when I access the ps store on my ps3, all of a sudden all the buttons other than the ps one stop working, and I can't navigate the store as a result. I know it's not the controller cause it works fine outside of the store. And even though it's been happening frequently (and I noticed it started happening after I got my ps4), there are still days when I can navigate the menus without a problem. Anyone encountered this problem/knows why this is happening?
 
I'll be stoked if we get Outlast and Metro: Last Light. That's a really good month.

I wonder what EU Plus is going to do about Vita. They're clearly running out of games for the platform. I expect it to go down to just the one title soon enough. Hopefully some PSP games to compensate.
 
Is Outlast that zombie game by the Dead Island dudes?

Good heavens I can't wait until PS4 starts getting better PSN releases. I know it only released in November and I'm not complaining it's just something to look forward to.
 
I'm totally getting Blood Dragon for that $3.75 price. Been wanting to play that for a while now.
