I've always thought Anna was the only one of the X-women in these films that could pull off any hairstyle they toss at her...until I saw her in the Danger Room sequence. *blech*

LOL, I agree. That hairstyle seriously sucked. Apparently it was so they could pull off the steel-form for her, but to my recollection, when Rogue took Colossus's powers in the comics, her hair never became steel-like?

LOL, I agree. That hairstyle seriously sucked. Apparently it was so they could pull off the steel-form for her, but to my recollection, when Rogue took Colossus's powers in the comics, her hair never became steel-like?

The simple solution would be to not turn Colossus' hair into steel too (which would take them off the hook with having to turn Rogue's hair into steel, which would then spare us all of that horrible hair style). But I guess they were too dense to realize that.

Colossus would be just too vulnerable if his hair wasnt metaled. Anyone who hit his head would defeat him...
What should have been done was the effects team actually put an effort and put the effects on Rogue's long hair.

and btw, i absolutely love her hair in X2 when she's at the President's Office. That should have been the definite look for Rogue, she had never been so sexy.

Lol. She looked good at one of the last scenes of X1, when Logan comes back and notices her streaks. ("I kinda like it")

i dint like her semi-curly hair from X1, although it might resemble more the comic Rogue...The straight hair from X2 was the best (once again, the President's office scene was perfect).

In X3, she looked like she urgently had to go to a hairdresser and make an hydration, because her hair was very strawy during the whole movie

Oh god not this excuse again. THIS IS A WORK OF FICTION PEOPLE. Things happen because the writers wrote them to happen that way. The writers (or the effects artist) could have written the scene to play out where the rocks would not hit her upper head but still hit her somewhere else.
