Unfortunately i spoiled myself on that part so it was a bit ruined for me, still VERY sad him and SB died though.

I think those 15 seconds of space battle there is more lvely and exciting than the entirety of the SW prequels. It just kicks ass.

I still remember the first time I saw Wash die and I spent a good 5 minutes in disbelief saying to friends who already had seen it "Wash isn't dead...right?" Then I'd wait. "Wash isn't dead," and nothing.

Just over half way through the book. So good, tomorrow I want to pick up the 2-disc Serinity set on lunch break at Wal-mart...then see if Best Buy has Firefly on dvd later in the week!

I need to get more of these characters. course, I still got other dvd's to watch in my collection, so it may be a while before I get to see all of Firefly when I do buy it.

I hated it that they killed off Book. The two big mysteries in the series were Book and River. I never cared for River, it was Book's mystery that I wanted solved. Damn you Whedon.

I picked up Serenity: 2-disc dvd at Best Buy, came with a comic book, too. they didn't have firefly though. Hopefully I watch it this weekend, need to finish the book.

Yeah, I thought that was pretty clear- and I've only seen one or two episodes and the movie. He used to be an operative, had some kind of "There is nothing left to see" moment, and became the Sheperd. Would love to see a sequel, was an absolutely fantastic movie.
