Whedon needs to up the ante with this verse and make more movies. Someone needs to make an actually good Star Wars movie.

I'm sure he would if he could. I have a feeling there wouldn't be too many studios willing to pick it up after how poorly (unfortunately) Serenity performed.

Yeah maybe if the new dvd sells like gangbusters there will be a sequel but I doubt it. If they do it needs to be more Western like the show was. FTR, I loved Serenity and saw it on opening night at Downtown Disney with a crapload of Browncoats.

Oh what a great movie. It just holds up with every viewing and I think has a satisfying conclusion.

BUT I WANT MORE. I know USA bought the rights to the series from Fox and if it does well, you never know. I mean Joss is doing a Buffy spin-off now.

^Yeah me too, i honestly consider them two of the best DVD purchases i ever made, as i have gotten so much out of both of them.

But i hope they release that special edition over here, it looks great.

I saw this movie recently, and it's now one of my favorites.

Chiwetel Ejiofor gave my favorite performance in the movie. He's such a great actor. Nathan Fillion was also awesome.
