Batman Begins The Official SHH "Random Thoughts about Batman Begins" Thread

Doesn't matter, the film went into detail in all the areas it needed to

... if every random thought 'mattered', nothing would make any sense

It matters for me because I'm a Batman fanboy!

Indeed. The scene is a bit iffy. Anyhoo, he didn't shoot Bruce because he thought he had done enough harm already (after all, he didn't intend to kill the Waynes), and besides, Bruce was just a little kid.

Well, I think it adds to the notion that the murder wasn't planned....it just happened b/c the sob freaked, and popped them both. He saw the kid, and ran. Seemed spontaneous, and more like I imagine an actual "mugging-gone-wrong" would happen....rather than the very psychotic, cold, cool sense we got from Napier before.

It wasn’t part of the suit Wayne acquired from Fox? Nor was it a component of the graphite shell that Alfred ordered from China.

I thought it was, though.

I wonder, just as random thoughts go, if there were any actual leads on Ra's at all? I mean, beyond the ramblings of two men gone mad, Falcone and Crane- who's still at large, there wasn't any evidence of Ra's there to begin with. I actually think the entire debacle.....everything, the train thing especially.....was just blamed on Crane.

Another random thought

First let me tell you that I'm glad I can plug this in this thread because starting a new one for this would be quite pointless.
I was just watching Begins then I jumped to write this the minute I heard and realize the double meaning of those lines :
Thomas : "Every creature has some fears" (a thing like that)
Bruce : "Even the scary ones?"
Thomas : "Especially the scary ones"

It's a crazy but philosophical thought but those lines can refer to the eventual murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne, indicating the fear that drove Joe Chill to pay his bills with crime and kill the Waynes when he panicked about the turning of the situation. Then Bruce was afraid of him because he menaced them. It was surely not intended for this, but I now interpret those lines like this, it's crazy!

I have a question as well....

whenever its Bruce Waynes party, Brucey (lol) wants Lucius to go into the lab and mass produce the antidote or something, and Lucius says his secruity clearence has been revoked...

Then Mastuh Bruce :) says "That wouldnt stop a man like you know would it" i know it was meant for comical relief but how the hell does he expect Lucius to get into the lab? Go all Sam Fisher on the security gaurd or what?

Nothing stops Morgan Freeman.

Okay, I've seen Batman Begins at least 40-50 times already, but it never dawned over me that when Adult Bruce goes down to the cave for the second time, he's wearing a long coat with a black dress shirt, while carrying a rappelling cord: the same or almost identical clothes that his father wore to rescue Young Bruce at the beginning of the film. Coincidence?

God forbid if Bruce is wearing his father hand me downs. What will Mr. Blackwell say?

Lmao seriously whats the big deal if hes wearing the same/or similar clothes as his father did >___>

All it does is show that Mastuh Brucey has his fathers fashion sense. :)

One thing I noticed when Batman is leaving Arkham and he throws the little bomb into the door, he kind of throws like a girl.
