intended exageration, im not an idiot, although im sure harry and m.j getting close would be second act, definately not third. Im also pretty sure that Harry gets amnesia after falling off his glider in act 1, unless its after hes pumpkin bombed, i dont know.

According to IMDb just put up that the run time is 156 min (2hr 36min). Then again that probably isn't final, there will probably be a few deleted scenes.

If that's true I wouldn't be surprised. This movie has a lot of stuff to take care of. (His struggle with the Symbiote, Sandman, Peter's troubles with MJ and family, Gwen Stacy, Harry, and Venom) I may be missing out on a few things too.

As much as I'd like to believe that I'm going take it with a grain a salt until another site confirms it. IMDB had running times for X3 and Fantastic Four before they came out and they ended up being wrong.

I don't know about X3, but I saw the unconfirmed runtime for Fantastic Four and it was accurate.

And, if IMDB is right, you all owe me $50.
