He came back and kicked Wolverines ass before Charles laid the smackdown on his ass if I remember correctly.

and thats exactly how a fight between Magneto and Wolverine should end up. Theres no way that Logan should logically be able to defeat him without help. Magneto ripping out his adamantiuum and nearly killing him was a rare moment where they didnt cater to Wolverine being some unbeatable god. He had his ass handed to him and may have been killed had not for Xavier's intervention. Ive noticed that they've had Wolverine win in their subsequent rematches (Eve of Destruction and New X-men, although that was retconned) but nope he really shouldnt be able to take him on

and bc that moment was so great, here's the scan of it

Who the hell is this Bi-Beast guy? I've seen him around here and there, but I know zip about him and in almost 2 decades I've never read a single comic where he did anything of value. Someone tell me why I should care if he ever shows up on the Avengers toon.

Why should you care if anybody shows up to get beat down?

Cuz that's pretty much the only reason he would show up.....to get beat down that is.

Is Spider-man's identity public again or are the damn events of one more day still taking place?

I don't quite understand what you're asking.

Spider-Man's dead. He died of old age surrounded by his children and grand children.

That's not what One More Day says :cwink:

his identity is a secret. only a handful of heroes and MJ know whos behind the mask. he says he and Doctor Strange did "something" big to make his identity unknown.

Spider-Man isn't really Peter Parker anyway. His actual identity is that of a Samoan man named Inglebert Humperdink.

wasnt Magneto caught off guard in the first and extremely weakened in the second though?

Off guard....? A little bit. Colossus had shut down Asteroid M's security to allow the X-Men to sneak in the back door. Mags was anything but weakened at the time.

Where the **** was Doctor Strange or whoever the SS is now when the ****ing ELDER GODS were invading the MU? I'm pretty sure that's in his job desciption somewhere.

I don't think there is a SS at the moment. Bendis killed off Brother Voodoo if i'm not mistaken.

Ohhhhh Bendis...

I think he meant EoD and Planet X. Yeah he was caught off guard in that Jean used her telepathy to trick him into thinking he killed Dazzler but who in actuality used her powers to create a hologram. While he was standing around talking to Xavier and Jean about this, Logan lunged and stabbed him in the chest. He wasnt too weakened in PX. Just crazy and high on Kick. Wolverine lunged and decapitated him after he killed Jean. In both cases, Magneto should have been able to feel the adamantium rushing at him. I dont see why he would let his guard down and even give Logan the oppurtunity to strike him

I am usually the go to guy, for my friends when it comes to comic books questions, but, today a friend of my kinda hit me with one that stumped me...

which character was, M.O.D.O.K, originally the villain of...?
(I assumed he was an avengers villain, and not originally anyone individuals villian, but, honestly not sure)

He's an AIM creation and AIM tended to be in Cap's comics a lot back in the day.

Was Colossus ever a member of Excalibur? Like any time between his time as an Acolyte to returning to the X-Men? For some reason I have that image in my head.
