Franklin needs to put an end to that **** right now.

"Will you help me get my marriage back, Franklin?"

"Sure Spidey Man! Let's go get Mephisto!"

:ff: :ff: :ff:

So who would win in a fight? Cancerverse/Lovecraftian superheroes vs Marvel Zombies superheroes. 1-on-1 fights or group matches.

What was it about Uatu that made him so interested in lending a hand to protect Earth, unlike his fellow Watchers?
Also, surely there were other Watchers that would have witnessed Galactus consume the planets they were cataloguing. Has this ever been discussed?

Wow, you didn't read all of Busiek's Avengers? Get on that man. Kang Dynasty will rock your socks off.
What he said.

He was assigned to Earth and has broken the Watcher's code of interference so many times he has been put on trial for it. I'm not too sure what specifically motivates him. He probably is so fascinated by the planet and humans that he'd rather not see it destroyed, so he assists the heroes where he can.

My opinion, he's totally gay for Reed Richards and is stalking him.

Can you follow the entire Ultimate X-Men run just by following the numbered trades or are there other books/stories where they play prominent roles?

There's some extra crossover stuff but just following the trades will give u the whole main thing. The series is overall awesome until around the 60s or 70s, but by the end it gets pretty terrible imo.

Just stop reading after the "Magnetic North" trade. It's kinder that way.

So is Cyclops genuinely evil now or just crazy?

Hopefully things change for him after AvX. Maybe the Avengers knock him out of power and he goes off somewhere to do some soul searching.

why would you say that? He's neither

Whenever I take the time check in on the X-Men I feel like the writers still don't put half as much effort into being sympathetic towards Cyclops as they do towards Wolverine. Granted, that's nothing new.

He's coming across alot better now than he was a year ago. He's not being portrayed as a d--k, shady or as a borderline crazed militant. He's been coming across very practical, trustworthy and someone to stand behind since Schism happened in the books he's featured in. Nothing about him today suggests that he's crazy or evil. I could understand that statement circa Utopia's formation and X-force, but he's been toned down considerably. My only issue with him is Illyana's incaraceration. That is beyond extreme and she should have been freed already. Im glad it was addressed in this week's Uncanny

Jesus, the guy was merged with Apocalypse for a just a little while and everybody is still waiting for this to be the second coming of Onslaught. Sheesh!

I wouldn't be surprised if there's an outline for that sitting on Quesada's desk.

I have a question about the Children's Crusade. How long was
THAT taking in the MU? Seems like just a few days, but does it tie directly into AvX? seeing as it heavily involves the Scarlet Witch, it should, right?

Yes it does. The end of it and X-Sanction were intentionally meant to coincide with each other as both lead into AvX

What does the end of X-Sanction have to do with the end of Children's Crusade? I read the latter but not the former.

Yeah I don't really get that. Did this happen AFTER Fear Itself?? Confused!!

Also I read the AvX preview and Thor appears as Thor--but not as Tanarus. What up with that? Did he get reverted back? Because if he did, I missed it. :(
