No, they had the comic rights for over 20yrs, 1970-1996. Dark Horse Comics has the rights now and are still putting out comics.

During Fear Itself when the amped up Juggernaut attacked San Francisco. Colossus, Kitty, and Magik traveled to the dimension of Cyttorak and convinced him to grant him the power to punish is avatar for destroying in the name of another. Originally Magik wanted the power, but Colossus wouldn't allow his sister to be possessed by another demon again.

It should be noted that its since been revealed that she never wanted the power. She manipulated him into getting it to teach him a lesson so he would get over his obsession with her as his little Snowflake and know what its like to live a life of his own personal hell constantly fighting his inner demons as she has had to do since she was a child. He is no longer Juggernaut and she had the power to remove that from him all along but chose not to. He's now on a mission to find and kill her. Yeah thats one f--ed up family

I miss AXM Colossus. The whole Breakworld thing was a great arc for his character. He finally just got to unleash and beat the hell out of everything that moved.

I didnt think he was a jerk. I thought his position was understandable considernig the circumstances and it was later revealed that he was mentally influenced by Carter.

It was Austen and came out during his last arc. He also hinted that Carter was interacting with Cassandra Nova, but he left before he could do more with that plot.

I dont think there was a mess to clean up. The guy nearly died and was catatonic for months away from everyone he knew. He finally comes out of it and he was rightfully confused. Lorna latched onto him bc she lost her mind after he was presumed dead, but they never should have gotten back together as they weren even an item when he was "killed". He should have been more honest about his feelings but I dont think he was completely aware of what he was feeling. And for what it was worth, he never cheated on her with Annie. It wasnt like a Jean/Scott/Emma situation
