Ah okay thanks for the clarification! And does Peter look different in Alpha because it's a different artist than whoever did No Turning Back?
Anyone know what Giant-Man/Goliath strength level is?
I thought Atlas was just at that same top-tier strength at any size.I believe she got killed, then some new chick took over the identity.
Depends on his height. His "fighting height" of about 16 to 20 ft clocks in at, I don't know, 40 tons maybe?
Atlas on the otherhand was like Wonder Man, which is at 100 tons, then add more strength depending on how tall he is at the time......Atlas was awesome.![]()
Regarding the old days, I've read all the way up to Essential ASM Vol. 4, and there's just no way she knows there.
IRL, When she finds out in JMS' run, it's written as if she didn't know.
No he wasnt. Johnny chose Cap's side along with Sue in the main event. JMS' run was consistent with that. He met with Reed in private wearing a disguise in a bistro in FF 542 but that was to reason to him and end the divide. He wasnt with Reed throughout CWWhose side was Johnny Storm on during Civil War? The main event shows he was with Sue joining Cap's side, during the JMS run it looked like he was with Reed the whole time...
The last part can be chalked up to artistic license more than anything else. Kirby initially drew the Hulk to be about 7 feet tall and stocky, so it's conceivable that the pants of an average-sized 5'10"-ish dude like Bruce Banner could still stay on the Hulk. They'd be really tight and uncomfortable and rip in various places, but they wouldn't necessarily bust completely off. Since artists started bumping the Hulk's size up and up and up to the point that he's now usually more like 10 feet tall or taller, however, it doesn't make much sense. There's never been much consistency with Hulks and hair.
Why doesn't Rick have any hair when he Hulks out?
There have been times where Bruce wore his hair one way, and Hulk would have it completely different.
But the short of the answer is, Loeb wanted Rulk's ID to be a mystery, and everyone would have suspected him to be the guy with the same mustache. Its all arbitrary according to Marvel. Why does the Hulk's pants stay on? They just do...
