The Official Stupid Question Thread: Marvel Edition - Part 5

I don't mind the ending at all. Marvel probably new by then that the whole DTV thing wasn't gonna last much longer and that a WWH movie wasn't guaranteed, so best to make it standalone than throw in an unresolved cliffhanger. Plus, if they HAD gotten a sequel, they'd know exactly how to open it.

Idk mane.

Not really a question. Also, welcome back.

During the Infinity Gauntlet they 'fought' and by fought I mean Doom got blasted down when trying to swipe the gauntlet and then got back up for more. Badass as hell but a really really dumb move. Not sure about anything else.

Hello! What's up?

I'd like to read good stuff about Hawkeye (not vol. 4) and Winter Soldier (not his origin), what would you recommend?

Hawkeye... um... West Coast Avengers? I remember reading one book where he fought Cupid because he thought Mockingbird was a reincarnation of his dead love.

Did you want just Winter Soldier or did you want Bucky in general before and after he got his memory back?

If it is before he got his memory, I'd like as Winter Soldier. After he got his memory, as Winter Soldier too or as Captain America.

Hawkeye... um... West Coast Avengers?

I'd say so. Being a Moon Knight fan, I only read the issues where he was a member but the series seemed fairly Hawkeye-centric and good stuff.

Also, when he lead the Thunderbolts. Shortly after they dumped Zemo and decided to go good for realsies. He took over as team leader and whipped those former villains into shape.

They were both in Infinity War as well; not sure they ever crossed paths though.

West Coast Avengers was great.

I loved that they were the basis for Iron Man's supporting cast in his 90s cartoon

I loved that show growing up

He also had a few limited series. Might want to check those out.

A girl I know asks:
Which female superheroes has cap ever dated in the Comics?
And which supers has widow dated?
In particular have cap and widow dated?

Thanks

Well, two for Black Widow are:

Daredevil
Hawkeye

Her husband was Alexei Shostakov (Red Guardian), but I'm not sure if he's considered a superhero or not.

Cap - Does Agent Carter count? I know he dated Diamondback for quite some time but she was never really a superhero although the two of them did a bunch of stuff together.
Widow - Bucky, Hawkeye, Her dead husband the Red Guardian, Daredevil, probably some others I can't think of.
I don't think the two of them ever dated in the main MU. I think in the Ultimate Avengers movies the two had something going on.

Didnt Captain America and Wanda hook up? I guess that may not count if it was just a brief fling

and I still think they should still do he and Carol. Ive wanted that for a while

I don't know if they ever did. I think there was interest on both sides though.

They were both willing but **** kept happening and with her going bat**** during that time I'm not sure if it was fully him or if it was her manipulating everything.
