I don't mind the grill. It's grown on me but the tarts (at least on the face) don't do it for me. I can live with them on his body but Leto's performance is chilling and creepy. I do like this quick edit you made. There's a sliver of hope that if Leto is contracted for a few movies, maybe they'll have him non-tattooed (same with Harley) and over the course of movies we'll see him get each tattoo. That way we'll all be happy in the end.

He just...FITS in this new DC world they've created. It's like when you use the the new 52 skin in Arkham Knight. You think In your head I'm gonna Apply this skin because it's my favorite version of batman. But then it doesn't fit in the gritty world you're in. You start to realize "do I just not like this new batsuit because it's not what I'm used to?".
What if joker had these tattoos and his grill since the silver age? Would you feel werid about them changing the joker to look like what is considered now to be classic joker?
I guess what I'm saying is it's a new take and I like it.

While my anticipation for this movie is really low, I gotta say this board has the best fan art for an upcoming comic movie I've seen in a while. Great job artists.
