That's because you're sane.Hooked...I see.
Lol, I guess I just dont pay attention to that kind of thing.
Umm...the people that are complaining about Joe's nose do know that it is not a difficult thing to fix if that was the only stumbling block...right? It's much easier to alter a nose than it is a chin and jawline.
Discriminatory...possibly. Racist....nope. Racism is only one type of discrimination and it is based on race. Being from Jersey isn't a racial thing.
Those are the most Superman-like photos of Joe M. that I have seen yet. In the top and bottom photos he looks boyish and almost playful, yet he still looks like a real MAN in the middle photos. I still like Cavill, but these photos have me just as excited to see Joe cast in the role.
From what list? You say he's not the best actor, but that is your opinion. I find him to be a solid actor and can hold his own against the other contenders. I definitely think he has a better look than Hammer for the MAN of Steel and like I said, the nose can be touched up if needed. I agree with the prior comments that he looks the part of the Birthright Superman without any changes. Hammer seems to be about the only other real contender right now. Please enlighten us if you have an official list.I don't think it's just his nose. He's not the best actor from the list and I've heard he is a bit of an egomaniac to work with. I know it may be shallow to nitpick at his nose but it's a film and you want someone with a balanced face so that it's not distracting to look at.
'True Blood' hunk Joe Manganiello in the running for 'Superman'
Joe Manganiello must be howling at the moon — the "True Blood" werewolf is definitely in the running for the new "Superman."
The Ministry hassled its fanboy brother Hero Complex for details, as Hero tweeted Tuesday that the actor was high on a list of potentials to play the Man of Steel.
Here's what we know: At last week's Academy Bake Off, a celebration of visual effects in film, talk around the room (especially from the team working on the new "Superman") said Manganiello kept popping up in serious talks about a new face for the franchise.
He'd fit right in — director Zack Snyder is no stranger to ab-tastic leading men (as he made Gerard Butler a star with "300"), and producer Christopher Nolan also has experience molding breakout hotties (ahem, Tom Hardy).
Manganiello has had a bit of a breakout (about an eight-pack worth of breakout) on the HBO vampire hit, starring alongside Anna Paquin, Steven Moyer and Aleksander Skarsgard.
"I would be honored. I love Zack Snyder, I love Christopher Nolan," Manganiello told Extra at Saturday's Producers Guild Awards.
Do you think Mangiello would be a super "Superman"? Tell us in the comments section below.
He would deff be a "badass" superman. I like him more than Hammer just b/c of that. Joe looks like he could beat fools up, and to me Hammer looks like Lois could take him. Whoever she may be.I'm not about to break out the champagne until after a press release.
That said I'd be perfectly happy if they cast Joe Manganiello, and there is smoke around him, that is for sure.
Very disappointing news. I just hope it doesn't come to fruition
They should give this guy an audition. His name is Braydon James. I took an acting class with him and we thought he would make a perfect Superman. He's an unknown actor but he's young (mid 20's I believe) Plus he's like 6'4 and can act.
Can't get a pic loaded but he has a website. www.Braydonjames.com/pictures.htm.
