Has Otis shown up yet? I've only skimmed through the issues from this story on the racks in the shop, seeing one of the most horribly written Bizarro appearances ever, and just a whole lot more needless retconning going on left and right, so I haven't actually been able to bring myself to buy any of the issues.

As such, I honestly don't know, nor would I be surprised in the least, if Otis made his presence known in this arc.

Did anyone read the article in the latest Wizard (184) about what's coming up in Action Comics? Johns mentions that Bizarroworld will have a 'Land of the Dead' feel and that Brainiac's going to evolve & become more of a threat. I have a feeling that this title's going to become one of my favorites.

Is it really fanboyism when someone points out a writer's inability to write any character within their established personality, as well as said writer's fetish with ignoring past continuity at their leisure and putting in inferior elements from a decades old movie?

I've said this before, but if the kid is an continuation to the superman mythos, such as lois and clark being married, and doesnt disapear after one arc, like damien al ghul wayne, i'll be fine with it.

I think people would definitely be more accepting of a kid if it were actually Superman and Lois' child and not just a big "OMG!!1!1 He's Zod's!!!" plot twist.

Not saying that that difference would make any of the plot or writing in this arc good, but it would certainly be an improvement.

I like that Superman and Lois are adopting the child. I find it more beleiveable than a ******ed Kryptonian/Earthican hybrid child.
