What? The only other time that I've seen her after Infinite Crisis was in "Up, Up, and Away," and that was when DC still seemed to be on the fence about scrapping Byrne's stories, so it wasn't entirely unexpected at that time. Maybe she was in that "Auctioneer" story, or whatever ; I wouldn't know, since I left it on the shelf.

Nevertheless, what seems ironic to me is the fact that this Annual is supposed to be establishing all these classic characters in the "new" Superman mythology, retconning Byrne's material, and yet the Banshee (created by Byrne) is right there. It just seems weird that Johns is going out of his way to get rid of everything from Byrne's run, but of all the possible holdovers, he decides to keep the Silver Banshee around.

Zauriel died in Infinite Crisis, but since he's an angel apparently you see him 3 weeks later in 52.

Nowhere in Infinite Crisis does it suggest he died, he just got a lick of flame.

Dame here. I like the story and dialogue, but the art has a sketchy, rough quality that doesn't seem to fit Superman. Ironically, the Kubert on BATMAN belongs on ACTION, and the ACTION Kubert...you get the idea.
