The official "THE OFFICE - SEASON 3 DISCUSSION THREAD"

I was rewatching some old episodes and it seems they started to really overplay Michael being a big child come season 3. :o Oh well, it's all good.

No ****, which is why I used "sometimes".

Read the entire post you ****ing idiot.

Even if its "sometimes" how do you bear watching the show at all?

I just think Michael's stupidity make the show so funny!

Makes me wanna pick up chicks at the gym.
But I can't pick up chicks anywhere.
Because I put them on a pedestal. :csad:

Best line of Season 2 during the Casino Night episode is Michael to Toby:

"I just....hate the way....what...you choose to be"

I gotta say the best part of the episode for me was Ryan blocking the bouquet.

Michael: Oh, and another fun thing. We, at the end of the night, are going to give the check to an actual group of Boy Scouts. Right, Toby?
Toby: Actually, I didn't think it was appropriate to invite children, since it's uh, you know, there's gambling and alcohol, it's in our dangerous warehouse, it's a schoolnight, and you know, Hooter's is catering, and is that- is that enough? Should I keep going?
Michael: Why are you the way that you are? Honestly, every time I try to do something fun, or exciting, you make it... not that way. I hate... so much about the things that you choose to be.

And I loved Ryan knocking the flowers away from Kelly.

Police expected to announce tour Monday

Influential British band The Police have said they will be making an announcement on Monday, the day after they reunite to perform at the Grammy Awards.

The announcement is widely expected to be about a reunion tour, with several North American stops.

The band will celebrate their 30th anniversary at the Whisky a Go Go club in Los Angeles on Monday at an event they are calling "The Police Rehearsals."

The band plans to allow 20 "legacy members" of lead singer Sting's official website into the event, the 55-year-old singer announced in a posting Wednesday.

"After the event, we would like the winners to each submit to us 250 words that describes their experience of the day — we can say with some certainty that none of you will be lost for words!" the announcement said.

The Police will perform Sunday as part of the Grammy Awards, their first show since 2003, when they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Sting fanned speculation of a Police reunion tour when he announced last month that he and former bandmates Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers were "talking about" doing something to commemorate their anniversary.

The Police, who broke up acrimoniously in 1984, recorded hits such as Roxanne and Every Breath You Take.

Man,Michael really has to have the spotlight on him on everything, lol.

Yeah, this episode was hilarious, with jim pretending to be a vampire, to creed being well creed, and then when dwight yells at meredith, "Hold still woman!" as he had the bag over her head, it was priceless.

The best part of last night's episode had to be Stanley coat over his head, "That's it, I'm gone."

I'd say Michael made up for his wedding antics in this episode by helping Pam, even though he really wasn't trying to

Yeah, I was hoping Jim would show up, but Michael was even better considering how his guest speech went over. He just wants the be the good guy but his heart's bigger than his brain. He'd be on the right track if he just didn't try so hard.

Last night's ep was gold. I felt for Pam, and I love how Roy is overtrying, and failing miserable. Also, the Jim not showing up thing was perfect because it allowed for Michael to swoop in. And we do need a break from the Jim and Pam tension... it was hitting overload. The fact that they barely recognize each other's presence works well for the sake of the story they're gonna one day try and build.

Great episode!

If you bring your boss to class it automatically bumps you up a full letter grade. So...I'd be stupid not to do it....right?

Michael said:
A boss is like a teacher. And I am like the cool teacher. Like Mr. Handel. Mr. Handel would hang out with us, and he would tell us awesome jokes. And he actually hooked up with one of the students. Umm...and then like twelve other kids came forward...it was in all the papers....really ruined 8th grade for us.

Dwight said:
Whenever I'm about to do something I think: "Would an idiot do that?". And if they would, I do NOT do that thing.

Michael said:
Campus. Brings back so many memories...that I would've made.

Angela said:
Poop is raining from the ceiling. Poop!

Kevin said:
I...am a hero!

Michael said:
So SUCK ON THAT!

:D Great, Great episode!

Another awesome episode. I loved Jim convincing Dwight he was becoming a vampire. Plus the bat itself was extra funny for me because we had a bat flying around our office once. It really does freak you out!

I loved how Michael ended up giving Ryan the best business advice possible for someone in a sales position: "It's all about people."

Agreed. It was great...we all expected Jim to swoop in and save the day, but instead we got Michael who worked perfectly.

Yeah. Really everything the Micheal was saying was true. He just relayed it in a horrible manner.
