Actually to be fair, most of them are bad. We let our fan side cloud our judgement to these things.

Edit: Either that, or you are how I am with movies only with games. I tend to enjoy most movies while others are overly critical. I myself, expect a certain something from my games, which movie games hardly ever achieve.

Edit #2: (Yes I am indeed calling myself overly critical, but as I said many times, for a few years I reviewed them for a publication, and when you are assigned to rip them apart it sucks the joy out of more simple efforts. I regret ever taking the position.)

EDIT 1 is how I am with most games and movies. If I can't have fun then screw it. It's why I hated Mass Effect. It bored the **** out of me and yet everybody's going ape**** over it.

Movie games really aren't that bad. They're just so...bland. No real effort is made to innovate. They are very by the numbers. That does not make them bad. It just makes them kind of dull. Now a game like Wolverine's Revenge is just terrible. I really tried to like that game but it's like they tried their best to make that game dull, ugly, and overall just unappealing.

Concidering Red Hulk is probably [blackout]Doc Samson[/blackout] I dont really understand the use of a gimmick Hulk Clone as a skin. Might as well throw in Justin Hammer and the Rick-Hulk while they're at it.

Agree he seems a bit pointless to have as the Hulk, since it obviously isn't him. As a 'boss' villain or something would be better?

Oh my god, finally someone who agrees! I played through it... twice even. Only to find out "Hey... wait a second.... all three of these decisions? Don't matter! I get the same outcome...awesome, how... 'innovative.'"


Well not only bland, but extremely repetitive in most cases and usually very glitchy. Hence the suck factor for me.

But I'll agree no movie game as of late is ANYTHING like Wolverines Revenge.... ugh, that was just... an embarrassment.

sorry if this has been posted already,
its my first day back since like monday, but the release date on the trailer says 5-5-08 so its still pretty fresh,
its my first time seeing this one, it has way more action and gameplay than the first though.

Nope that's a new one. And while I am still worried about it's blandness, I am sure it's going to kick the crap out of Iron Man's game (which is a good thing.)

I still do not believe it will be UD the destruction just doesn't seem as crazy or frantic, and I would have liked to have seen certain effects like when the robot falls over I'd love to see cars, people, and the ground explode into the air from the impact.

But I do have no doubt Hulk fans are getting the better of the two movie games that's for sure!

Yeah but the developers just kind of spouted off what all developers say, as Frostie tried to get a good look at the game behind them. The only thing I really hated (and I do mean hated) was the HUD in those interviews, the display of health and rage was terrible.

Early gameplay-shameplay, I've reviewed enough of these to know that while they always could improve... much like Hollywood it will only be minor touch-ups.

you look at the concept art and you see a very classic looking Leader in his giant robot thingy, no bulgy head but a longish square head.

Wow. Game looks fantastic. Very good graphics. Reminds me of last year's Spider-man 3. I hope it's as much fun as Ultimate Destruction. So far it looks like a carbon copy (which ISN'T a bad thing).

thanks for the hulk game clips. that game is going to kick butt when it comes out. I just hope that I can get my ps3 back in time.. have to send it into sony to get fixed.. stupid GTA 4 killed it.
