The Official TIH Video Game Thread

First Impressions...

-Alot like Ultimate Destruction, even Huulks roar is the same.

-Great graphics, huge NYC map. Actually does follow the map of the city very well.

-The buttons and controls are very UD like, a few differences.

- If you played Ultimate Destruction for over 4 hours straight just destroying stuff, this will make you happy.

Great Nivek but you forgot one thing... How do you like it?

And quite frankly, if the game is ANYTHING close to UD then that's cool with me because that was one of my favorite games from '05, and it was tremendous stress reliever too! So can we get a review of the game from those of you who ACTUALLY have it? Thanks a million!

I have played the ps3 version of the game.. its a very detailed game.. think spidey 3 in new york and UD game and you pretty have it.. the detail and graphics are pretty good.
its very like UD in many ways.. when the army comes after you.. it does get a bit difficult. remember to do the first two rick jones mission. they are like training missions and they open up some stuff like the subways and sprint.

I'm picking it up in about an hour and a half...!! 5 o'clock, here I come!!

Mines kinda glitchy, too. And I'm not seeing any links to go online and play other people yet, but didn't that article say later in the month?

Oh, and fighting the armies suck till you get your power ups.

NIVEK!!!!!!!! I'm getting ready to leave in a half hour to pick it up. Does it have your endorsement man??? That's what I've been waiting to here...

Worrisome that there's not a single official review yet. Usually not a very good sign. I think it was the same with Iron man and my goodness was that garbage.

So it's looking good for Hulk then.

Finally! I get to go pick it up in a couple minutes. I'm REALLY excited. I've had the guide to keep me busy, and also GTA IV lol. And replaying the Spider-Man 3 game's story.

Hey how'd you beat the level in S-M3 with all the ninjas before fighting the ninja boss?

OK AFTER PLAYING FOR ABOUT 5 HOURS, I LIKE IT, AS NIVEK SAID IF YOU LIKED UD YOU'LL LIKE THIS ONE!!!:D IT'S ALLOT OF FUN SMASHING BUILDINGS AND WATCHING THEM CRUMBLE IN THE MIDDLE OF A HEATED BATTLE, I BROUGHT DOWN THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, THE BAXTER BUILDING, AND MARVELS' HEADQUARTERS TO NAME A FEW LOL, IT"S AWESOME!!!:D:up: WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE GAME IS THAT IT'S PACKED WITH EXTRAS SOME COOL STUFF HERE, IT'S A LITTLE TOUGH IN THE BEGINNING BUT ONCE YOU START UNLOCKING YOUR COMBOS AND SUPER MOVES AND GET USED TO THE CONTROLS, IT OPENS UP NICELY, THE U-FOES WERE A PAIN THOUGH:mad: LOL!!!:oldrazz: SO FAR IT'S A BLAST SO I'M GIVING IT A 9/10!!!:D:up:

If any of you are wondering...the PS2 version is still pretty damn cool. The graphic aren't close to being as bad as I'd thought they'd be.

Has anyone tried the Wii version? Using Wiimote and nunchuk to smash around a la Hulk might be alot of fun, even though Wii doesn't get any exclusives like PS2 (screwed by Sega again).

YAY! I might get it on Sunday if I have money after getting Lego Indy & XBL membership. I might just get the one month so I can get this. Are the missions fun or annoying?
