I voted for Tom, I hope he gets considered for the part. He'd be really good.

He nearly matches the physical description and he has the physique for it.

Well, I'd like to know the answers to these:

1- Given how good a director that Tom's gotten, is there anything you guys can do to get him to do the DVD commentary on the episode he directed this year, Injustice?

It seems like it'll be an important episode for him as a director and for the show in general. As much as I like Tom as an actor and how he plays Clark, I'd like to learn more about his thought processes for directing. He seems very good at it, so I'd love to hear what he has to say about an episode he directs.

Even if Tom doesn't do that, I'd love to hear about how it's possible he (or any of the actors) can fit directing in. Allison did it this year and Michael had done it in a past season as had John Schneider.

2 - The actors are busy people, especially Tom since he's the lead, so what sort of accommodations do you (as producers/show runners) have to make in order to fit directing into an actor's schedule?

The answer to the second question will even come in very handy when I review Injustice, so I had an ulterior motive.

I just posted a couple both centered around "the disguise".
I am just extremely curious to know how they are going to do it...and I want answers!!.........t:

1. Al & Miles stated a long time ago they had a plan on how to get Clark into the traditional disguise (glasses, etc.) that people may or may not like...now that we are so far into the mythos (Clark and Lois together at the Planet, etc) do you still see their idea as the way to go or have you decided on a different way?

This question is along the same lines as question number one----

2. I am not going to ask about Clark in the suit (hint, hint please tell me it's at least going to be in the finale) but wanted to know if there are plans on getting him into the above mentioned disguise (glasses, etc.) soon--or is that something that you don't see taking place until the end when he puts on the suit?

I think you're actually wrong on this one Trip. You're very astute at picking out these kinds of things, but I think in this case it's just bad shooting. Erica's upper body is twisted, adding a weird perspective into the shot. Her shoulder's and chest are at one angle and her waist and legs are at another.

I could be wrong of course, but I don't think I am.

I have a strong dislike for those two so I'm curious to read what they have to say about Clark, a character they seem to care very little about, and, of course, about Tom, a leading man they never mention, much less praise, in their interviews.

Maybe, but I'm glad he's moved up. He would totally rock as John Carter.

Not only does he fit the physical description of John Carter from the ERB Mars books, but he could handle the physical stuff to boot.

He looks like he's in great shape and he could totally carry off wearing only a loin cloth and a pair of boots.
