So, are the WB ever going to maybe try to give Routhe any publicity pre-film? Or is it more dumber to do so? And why are they keeping Willing so quite? I never quite got that really well anyhow. I mean, I know he's never been very hugely public, but this just is just, like, wierd and all since he didn't even WANT to do the movie ever, in the first place. Sorry if this sounds stupid and sorry for my patheticness in asking this over and over, but the frontal lobotomy has irreversably effected any ability I had for spelling or gammar.

I guess that's one reason I'm looking forward to the next Smallville mag: a "New" interview with Tom is supposed to be the main thing in it.

I hope it's good but I swear we hear more about him from other people Although he's doing a good job 4 years and I'm still hanging on every word You know what I think is odd that he did'nt go to college but all his other siblings did. I wonder if he has a black sheep thing going on or got himself into some trouble as a kid.

Here's the deal, I'll wear the pathetic shirt is someone makes it for me. It'd be interesting to see if tptb would take notice if people showed up with those shirts on. He seems to be a smart guy, he prolly coulda gone to college if he'd been motivated to...

Not that I'm an expert on his life or anything, but it seems he wasn't sure what he wanted to do after high school. I mean his dad was an executive at a big car maker and he went to work at construction?

Sounds like he was uncertain what to do to me... good thing fate smiled upon him or he might be still hammering nails for a living.

EVERYBODY there would know who TW is and what he looks like. An iron-on of one of the better Welling Supes' manips with no words other than a title like "Somewhere in Time" (get it? LOL!) would be sweet. I'd wear it, yesseree Bob.

I'd wear it to whichever con Singer would show up at... or even at a con with a Smallville forum. I know it would be a pointless exercise but I wonder how far that kind of message travels. And it's not as obnoxious as picketing. "Somewhere in Time" I like it. It says, we don't take ourselves to seriously but we ARE real Superfans.

It's something that I'm interested in. It's an interesting propect because of scheduling. Al, Miles, myself and Greg Beeman and the other producers have had some discussions... There's a strong chance that you'll be seeing an episode of Smallville directed by Tom Welling. Hopefully soon...

I agree, and it makes me laugh to see all the moaning about how all threads get turned into Welling threads, when it's usually the fault of the bashers!

Even they can't get the guy out of their minds.

Before this very thread was kicked out of that forum, it was by FAR the longest thread there, even surpassing the manip. thread. Love him or hate him, he sure inspired a lot of conversation.

It's a nice one, if a little too dark and Tom is too small.

Relax, It was meant as a poke to TW fans (being a supporter till Routh got it myself). Quit your whining, it's funny how Pat can take a joke and fire back, but you wanna start reporting.


And before you starting criticizing on a *good* manip, I'd give my attention to a few *good* episodes of Smallvile instead of the garbage we've been getting the last few weeks. I'd hate to see TW's star begin to fade because of bad/inconsistent writing.

My favorite TW manip is probably the one that was on Superman-V. Dan-El made that one and the Routh manip from above. That boy has got some talent!

I'm sat here making my highly amused face, in case you care. The reason being that the person telling me to relax is the same person who actually took me seriously. Your game is poking fun at TW fans, mine is poking at people who do stupid things - all's fair in chess and nuclear warfare ...

I hope you don't mind if I skip the rolleyes smiley; imagine it's there if you wish.

On the subject of manips, good ones are a matter of opinion. On that Routh manip the head's too small, the colour saturation doesn't match ... and I could go on.
