Right, despite still being ashamed that a long time TF fan like myself didnt know who Alpha Trion was, I have just read up on him, and his role in this movie now has me mightily intrigued, if it is indeed Alpha Trion.

I still do think it being Sentinel Prime is a good shout.

I could see it being Sentinel Prime as well. Not much of a resemblance there, IMO, but he does have a little yellow on him. So who knows. If you look closely throughout the trailer, you will see a bunch of dead bodies laying lifeless throughout the ship. It's kind of hard to see them, but they are there. So were they looking for the Allspark too, and they just crashed on the moon? How long have they been there, millions of years? Hopefully these questions will be answered. BTW, here's a quick pic of Sentinel Prime.....

“We tried to learn from the second movie. On the second movie we got burned. We had a writers strike, we had to agree on a story in three weeks, and then we knew they were going on strike. For the love of God Bay, please don't be full of ****. I want to completely believe him, but I can't yet. I need more. At least he admitted the flaws of the second. Let's just hope this movie backs up what he's saying here.

All the dorky humor was what he was responsible for according to Orci and Kurtzman.

And a lot of the same stupid humor was in the first movie as well.

^Yeah, alot of the dorky humor was improved and wasn't in the script; according to Speilburg. Bay encouraged it, and kept it in.

I hope what he's saying (Bay) is true. His definition of dark may be different from everyone else's....

Sentinal Prime looked a bit different then that in the most recent comics, he played a big part in 'Megatronrigin' and his look in that wasnt TOO disimlar from what we get in the trailer.

I'm curious to know who the other bots are as well though.

That has always made me laugh, the Iron Man movies have plenty of sexual jokes an inneuendo's regarding sex and sexual acts yet people praise the humour in them, TF movies do the same and get slated cos its Bay.

Ditto, you can find plenty of all sorts of adultish humor is plenty of "family" movies. Hell, Jack Sparrow makes drinking look pretty entertaining.
