Question to those who have beaten the game. I missed a couple of treasures in the beginning. Do I have to restart it to get the "alll treasures" trophy/medal or do the treasures I have now carry over to a new game after I beat it?

all treasures carry over assuming, you select that option when you start a new game.

Yea, I'm about 3 hours into the game and I'm deff wanting a sequel. I mean this game is great.

Glad you like it so far. I beat it awhile back, but never posted in this thread, so guess with the trophies and it getting bumped it's a good time.

Cons -

I hated how you'd search for a secret key, and get in there to find bad guys alrdy set up with lights. I mean I didn't mind the fighting, just seemed silly that you had to figure out a puzzle and find they alrdy got in somehow.

Pro's - Everything else. I loved the game. It's like Prince of Persia meets Tomb Raider with the feel of an Indiana Jones flick. It's the closest a game has come to feeling like you're interacting with a movie. The graphics were gorgeous, in fact I walked thru the first temple and looked at the hyroglyphs on the walls, and looked at the sunset near the german sub over the rain forrest. The voice acting, plot, pacing, action, everything felt like a summer blockbuster popcorn flick.

ND needs to announce a sequel already. One good thing is though that Im sure they are working on it and wont reveal anything until they are ready to present it. At least they arent rushing things and planning on releasing it for this holiday season. Im sure when it does come, it will be amazing.

i just got this game,its really good...its literally like playing a film...it could be a good movie!!
very impressed...i'm not very far into it..ive just had my plane shot down...how much is to go yet??...

There are 22 chapters total, however just click save or load game as it tells you your complete %. You still have a ways to go tho.

So apparently ND will be revealing something soon. If it isn't Uncharted 2 (which it probably will be) I'm hoping it's Jak and Daxter 5. I've been playing through Jak 3 again,and if it happens they should really re work the combat. And get rid of Light Jak.

Just beat the game. Wow! It took me about 9 hours to beat on Normal. That includes finding all of the treasures. I just started Hard and hope to earn the rest of the medals/trophies. I can't recommend this game enough.

Back to Uncharted, I got quite a few trophies today. Man I almost forgot how awesome this game is. Sequel needs to come in 2009

The annoying thing is, I didnt realize that I didnt have the Trophies until after I could do them. I missed the Micro kills, and the Moss kills, two guns you cant get after a while. Oh well.

Uncharted Bundle on its way!

Sony Corp.'s U.S. game division on Wed. said that it will retail a new 160GB Playstation 3 bundle for this Nov.

The limited edition bundle will include the title Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, a Playstation Network voucher for Pain, and a Dualshock 3 Wireless Controller for $499.99.

"As Playstation Network continues to evolve with our recently launched video delivery service and more exclusive games, PS3 owners are demanding more storage capacity," said Jack Tretton, president and CEO, SCEA.

"Consumers also are utilizing PS3 as an entertainment hub for their digital media, placing content such as their entire music collection on the hard drive. The 160GB PS3 system addresses this growing consumer demand in a compelling bundle that delivers significant value."

According to NPD Group Inc., the PS3 posted sales of 224,900 units in July U.S. sales to represent a 99 percent hardware sales growth from the year prior to date.

Sony this month cited the popularity of the PS3 80GB Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle, which has held a sold out status at retailers including Walmart.com and Bestbuy.com.

Additionally, the PS3 outsold Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox 360, which posted sales of 204,800 units in July to rank as the No. 5 video game hardware offering for the month.

they've never packed a game and a movie in the bundles so I wouldnt have expected them to do so now. Pain is just an extra and they didnt even need to offer a voucher for it in this

Finally making some progress in Crushing. I attempted it before but could never get past the first big open gunfight in Chapter 4. I finally got past that entire chapter which by the way is probably the hardest in the game and now on Ch. 16. Everything else seemed challenging but manageable. Looks like I may finally get platinum this weekend
