I always figured he refers to Osterman as a different person in the same sense that Batman always says "Bruce Wayne has a meeting next week, doesn't he?", etc.. He just considers himself completely different from what he used to be.

I'd say its more comparable to the hulk, :bh:"Puny Banner" etc
 
I got a watchmen question i dont know if it was asked yet i didnt check the other pages. My guestion is what is the added scenes in the director's cut of the film compared to the standard cut of the film. I just recently got the director's cut of the film and i didnt see the standard cut of the film myself when it was in theaters. So i was just wondering if any one could tell me what scenes are the added in stuff.

they are mostly extended scenes and 2 new scenes of Laurie's interrogation and Hollis Mason's Death
 
Ah ok thanks for the info i was just wondering what was different compared to the standard cut.
 
yea if you read the graphic novel you will love all the extra footage they put compared to the theatrical version

and if you havent seen the Hollis Mason's murder scene, it will give you a tear :(
 
I actually never read the graphic novel i always seen it around through the years at the local comic shops i go to but i never read it.
 
oh you got to read it, it has even more material than the Directors Cut
the graphic novel is truly a epic
 
I do want to read it i just dont have alot of cash to throw around right now u know. I know its only like 20-30 dollars but i need the money i have for more important things.
 
well you can get it on Amazon for $11 or find it in your library (and if they dont, request it!)
