As for the Haztech suit:

If I recall correctly, there was something in the novelization about the arc reactor being over Ivan's heart in the Whiplash armor. Look at the Haztech suit. It clearly has something on it over the heart area.

That first armour he looks at in the trailer though looks big enough to be the Crimson Dynamo armour. It seems bigger than the other drone ones.

The novel has him donning what sounds like the "Vega Armour". But that Haztech suit looks an awful lot like that old concept art.

Yes its been comfirmed by Jon himself if i remember he was interviewed by munn and said that ivan upgrades his suit sorta like tony in the first film. and plus in the novel he makes a suit..

Why do I get the feeling that if Whiplash or when Whiplash dawns his final armor that he won't have a mask? He'll look sooo stupid if he doesn't.

Triangular mask, extra leg protection, gauntlets, chest resembles Mark IV armor...check check check and check.

I think this is pretty much it, with the HazTech body and that mask there.

actually theres enough differences that i can see off the top of my head.
