get the pics URL, and use the picture icon/button to put IMG tags around it. Either highlight the URL and then press the picture button. Or press the picture button and paste the URL in the bar that comes up.

If you don't have the URL for the pic, and it's on your computer, use an imagehosting service such as http://imageshack.us to upload it.

Gotta say - everyone using that one image of the guy playing Angel for their manips just makes me question his sutability for the role. Maybe the guy's gonna pack on some muscle or something, but here it looks like he's a total wuss (even more so than the Ultimate version - and man is he a baby) and couldnt pull a barge, let alone be a millionaire playboy.
